Abstract

Ratus vagina adalah perawatan organ intim wanita dengan penguapan atau pengasapan. Banyak sekali gangguan yang dapat terjadi pada organ kewanitaan wanita, salah satunya adalah keputihan. Keputihan sering terjadi pada wanita, dan apabila berlebihan dapat menyebabkan kemandulan. Penting bagi calon pengantin wanita untuk menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan organ reproduksinya. Dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi calon pengantin wanita seputar perawatan ratus vagina. Populasinya adalah calon pengantin wanita yang ada di Kecamatan Pondok Aren, dan sampel penelitannya sebanyak 43 orang responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan banyak responden 43 orang yang merupakan calon pengantin wanita yang mengikuti bimbingan pranikah pada Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Pondok Aren. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitiaan ini adalah dengan penyebaran angket/kuesioner yang mengandung pernyataan-pernyataan tentang indikator penyerapan, pemahaman dan penilaian calon pengantin seputar perawatan ratus vagina. Uji validitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan Product Moment, dan uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisa penelitian menggunakan analisi deskripsi presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi calon pengantin wanita seputar perawatan ratus vagina pada indikator penyerapan masuk dalam kondisi tinggi dengan total skor 1119. Sementara itu pada indikator pemahaman total skornya adalah 1598, kondisi ini masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Pada indikator penilaian dihasilkan total skor 1283, kondisi ini masuk dalam kriteria tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan persepsi calon pengantin wanita seputar perawatan ratus vagina dilihat dari indikator penyerapan, pemahaman, dan penilaiaan adalah tinggi. ***** Ratus vagina is the treatment of female sex organs with evaporation or fumigation. Many disorders can occur in the female female organs, one of which is vaginal discharge. Vaginal discharge often occurs in women, and if excessive can causes infertility. It is important for the bride-to-be to maintain the cleanliness and health of her reproductive organs. This research was conducted to find out how the perception of the bride and groom regarding the treatment of ratus vaginas. The population is prospective brides in Pondok Aren District, and the research sample is 43 respondents. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with 43 respondents who are prospective brides who follow premarital guidance at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) Pondok Aren. The instrument used in this research is the distribution of a questionnaire containing statements about indicators of absorption, understanding and assessment of the prospective bride and groom regarding ratus vaginal treatments. The validity test in this study used Product Moment, and the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. Techniques of research analysis using percentage description analysis. The results showed that the perception of the bride and groom regarding the Ratus Vagina treatment on the absorption indicator was in a high condition with a total score of 1119. Meanwhile, on the understanding indicator the total score was 1598, this condition was in the very high category. In the assessment indicators that resulted in a total suspension of 1283, this condition is included in the high criteria. So it can ensure that the bride and groom regarding the treatment of Ratus Vagina seen from the absorption, understanding, and assessment indicators are high.
