Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani berbasis metode coorperative tipe STAD yang dapat di terapkan dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah menengah atas. Model pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat membantu guru pada proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, khususnya pada materi kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE. Dalam penelitian ini ada 5 tahapan yaitu analysis, design, development, implamantation, dan evaluation. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan produk yang berupa model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani berbasis metode coorperative tipe STAD yang tela di validasi dan di revisi oleh dosen ahli metode pembelajaran, ahli fitnes sport center dan guru pendidikan jasmani, maka dihasilkan sebanyak 20 model pembelajaran. Data di kumpulkan melalui kegiatan dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku model pembelejaran kebugaran jasmani berbasis metode coorperative tipe STAD pada sekolah menengah atas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani berbasis metode coorperative tipe STAD (Student Teams-Achievement division) pada siswa SMA kelas X telah di nyatakan valid dan dapat di terapkan untuk sekolah menengah atas. ***** The purpose of this research is to produce a physical fitness learning model product based on the STAD type cooperative method that can be applied in the physical education learning process in high school. This learning model is expected to help teachers in the physical education learning process, especially in physical fitness material. This study uses the ADDIE method. In this study there are 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implantation, and evaluation. The results of the study resulted in a product in the form of a physical fitness learning model based on the STAD type cooperative method which had been validated and revised by expert lecturers on learning methods, sports center fitness experts and physical education teachers, resulting in 20 learning models. Data is collected through documentation and observation activities. Data analysis was done descriptively. The results of this study are in the form of a physical fitness learning model book based on the STAD type cooperative method in high school. Based on the results of the study, it was proven that the physical fitness learning model based on the STAD type cooperative method (Student Teams-Achievement Division) in class X high school students had been declared valid and could be applied to high school.
