Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman pengunjung generasi Z atas layanan penerapan teknologi digital di Museum Gedung Juang 45 Bekasi. Adapun konsep pengalaman pengunjung yang digunakan adalah Memorable Tourism Experiences menurut Kim, Ritchie, dan McCormick yang meliputi Hedonism, Novelty, Local Culture, Refreshment, Meaningfulness, Involvement, dan Knowledge. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dilengkapi dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung generasi Z yang berkunjung ke Museum Gedung Juang 45 Bekasi. Adapun jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Penyajian data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi relatif atau persentase yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengunjung generasi Z merasakan pengalaman wisata yang berkesan dan tak terlupakan atas layanan penerapan teknologi digital di Museum Gedung Juang 45 Bekasi. Hal ini didukung dengan data variabel pengalaman pengunjung yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 89.29%. Adapun dimensi pengalaman pengunjung yang tertinggi, yakni sebagai berikut. Pertama, Hedonism dengan persentase sebesar 93.02%. Kedua, Local Culture dengan persentase sebesar 92.50%. Ketiga, Knowledge dengan persentase sebesar 89.48%. Keempat, Novelty dengan persentase sebesar 88.96%. Kelima, Meaningfulness dengan persentase sebesar 88.75%. Keenam, Involvement dengan persentase sebesar 87.08%. Ketujuh, Refreshment dengan persentase sebesar 86.25%. ********** This study aims to describe the experiences of Generation Z visitors on the application of digital technology at the Gedung Juang 45 Bekasi Museum. The concept of visitor experience used is Memorable Tourism Experiences according to Kim, Ritchie, and McCormick which includes Hedonism, Novelty, Local Culture, Refreshment, Meaningfulness, Involvement, and Knowledge. This study uses a descriptive method with survey techniques through the distribution of questionnaires equipped with interviews, observations, and documentation. The population in this study were Generation Z visitors who visited the Gedung Juang 45 Bekasi Museum. The number of respondents as many as 60 people obtained by using incidental sampling technique. The presentation of the data in this study was carried out in the form of a relative frequency distribution table or percentage obtained from distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it shows that generation Z visitors feel a memorable and unforgettable tourist experience for the application of digital technology services at the Gedung Juang 45 Bekasi Museum. This is supported by the visitor experience variable data which obtained a percentage of 89.29%. The dimensions of the highest visitor experience are as follows. First, Hedonism with a percentage of 93.02%. Second, Local Culture with a percentage of 92.50%. Third, Knowledge with a percentage of 89.48%. Fourth, Novelty with a percentage of 88.96%. Fifth, Meaningfulness with a percentage of 88.75%. Sixth, Involvement with a percentage of 87.08%. Seventh, Refreshment with a percentage of 86.25%.
