Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pemanasan berbasis permainan untuk ekstrakurikuler rugby di SMAN 50 jakarta. Model pemanasan tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu peserta ekstrakurikuler pada saat proses latihan , khususnya pada saat pemanasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE, dalam penelitian ADDIE 5 tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan model, pelaksanaan, evaluasi,. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan produk yang berupa model pemanasan berbasis permainan untuk ekstrakurikuler rugby di SMAN 50 jakarta sebanyak 13 model. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi dan membagikan data dengan kuesioner kepada siswa SMAN 50 jakarta tentang kemenarikan model dan kemudahan model pemanasan berbasis permainan untuk ekstrakurikuler rugby Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa model pemanasan berbasis permainan untuk ekstrakurikuler rugby di SMAN 50 jakarta layak/valid dan dapat di terapkan untuk siswa SMAN 50 Jakarta oleh ahli permainan, ahli pembelajaran dan ahli rugby. * The purpose of this study was to develop a game-based warm-up model for rugby extracurricular at SMAN 50 Jakarta. The warm-up model is expected to help extracurricular participants during the training process, especially during the warm-up. This study uses the ADDIE method, in ADDIE research there are 5 stages, namely analysis, design, model development, implementation, evaluation,. The results of the study produced a product in the form of a game-based warm-up model for rugby extracurricular at SMAN 50 Jakarta as many as 13 models. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observations, and distributed data using questionnaires to students at SMAN 50 Jakarta about the attractiveness of the model and the convenience of the game-based warm-up model for rugby extracurricular. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Based on the results of the study, it was proven that the game-based warm-up model for rugby extracurricular at SMAN 50 Jakarta was feasible/valid and could be applied to SMAN 50 Jakarta students by game experts, learning experts and rugby experts.
