Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara latihan dasar kepemimpinan dengan sikap kepemimpinan pengurus OSIS dan MPK di SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 86 pengurus OSIS dan MPK di SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga. Teknik pengumpulan data variabel X atau latihan dasar kepemimpinan dan variabel Y atau sikap kepemimpinan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert melalui google formulir. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument uji coba dilakukan kepada 20 responden. Instrumen uji coba variabel X diperoleh hasil sebanyak 26 pernyataan valid, sedangkan untuk variabel Y diperoleh hasil sebanyak 28 pernyataan valid. Selanjutnya hasil perhitungan uji normalitas, diperoleh nilai Signifikansi > 0,05 atau 0,248 > 0,05, uji linearitas diperoleh hasil 0,060 > 0,05, dengan demikian kedua variabel dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan linier. Pada pengujian hipotesis korelasi product moment diperoleh hasil 0,795, angka tersebut memiliki arti bahwa bentuk korelasi antar variabel adalah positif (+) dan kontribusi antara variabel latihan dasar kepemimpinan terhadap sikap kepemimpinan adalah 63,2% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan keterangan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara latihan dasar kepemimpinan dengan sikap kepemimpinan pengurus OSIS dan MPK di SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of basic leadership training with the leadership attitudes of OSIS and MPK administrators at SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga. This study uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method, with a total sample of 86 OSIS and MPK administrators at SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga. Data collection techniques for variable X or basic leadership training and variable Y or leadership attitudes used a Likert via google forms. Test the validity and reliability of the test instrument was conducted on 20 respondents. The test instrument for variable X obtained 26 valid statements, while for variable Y, 28 valid statements were obtained. Furthermore, the results of the calculation of the normality test, obtained a significance value of > 0.05 or 0.248 > 0.05, the linearity test obtained the results of 0.060 > 0.05, thus the two variables were declared to be normally distributed and linear. In testing the product moment , the result is 0.795, this figure means that the form of correlation between variables is positive (+) and the contribution between the variables of basic leadership training on leadership attitudes is 63.2% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the information above, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between basic leadership training and the leadership attitude of the OSIS and MPK management at SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga.
