Abstract
********** This research in an outline has three main objectives, namely the first, to describe social acceptance on Clubbing, and. Second, to describe impact of social acceptance on Clubbing. This research uses qualitative a method of case study. The Data contained in this study was obtained through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with the research subject of the community around the Club Arena. This research was done in the Kemang area of South Jakarta in August from 2019 until February 2020. This research showed that social acceptance on clubbing in the Kemang area occurs due to changes in values and norms in society that are more oriented towards individual happiness, more tolerant of differences, more open to foreign cultures, and more respect for the personal privacy of others. Social acceptance of clubbing has a positive impact, namely the opening of job opportunities for the local community and the Kemang area is better known to the wider community, meanwhile, the negative impact is that there are frequent riots and cause discomfort. It is advisable for club administrators to strictly check the age of visitors so that underage teenagers are not negatively affected by clubbing activities.
