Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Barat menggunakan model Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-April 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Unit analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kabupaten dan kota dengan seluruh populasi sampel dalam penelitian. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini digunakan dengan cara survei instansional dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan model pengujian Ordinari Least Square (OLS) terlebih dahulu untuk memenuhi syarat pengujian model selanjutnya yakni model Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). Faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor eksternal alih fungsi lahan pertanian yakni laju pertumbuhan penduduk, kepadatan penduduk, jumlah PDRB. Hasil dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel prediktor. Diketahui bahwa faktor kepadatan penduduk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan di seluruh unit analisisnya di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Sedangkan, faktor laju pertumbuhan penduduk dan jumlah PDRB tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian di Provinsi Jawa Barat. ***** This study aims to determine what factors have a significant effect on the conversion of agricultural land in West Java Province using the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) model. This research was conducted in January-April 2022. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The unit of analysis used in this study is the district and city with the entire sample population in the study. The data collection technique in this study was used by means of an institutional survey using secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used is the Ordinari Least Square (OLS) test model first to meet the requirements for testing the next model, namely the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) model. The factors used in this study are external factors of agricultural land conversion, namely the rate of population growth, population density, the amount of GRDP. The results in this study obtain factors that significantly influence the predictor variables. It is known that the population density factor has a significant influence on all units of analysis in West Java Province. Meanwhile, the factor of population growth rate and the amount of GRDP does not have a significant influence on the conversion of agricultural land in West Java Province.
