Abstract

Ekspor merupakan salah satu perdagangan internasional yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian dan devisa negara. Meningkat dan rendahnya volume ekspor dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penanaman Modal Asing dan Harga Internasional terhadap Volume Ekspor Pakaian Jadi (Konveksi) dari Tekstil Indonesia dengan Kebijakan Resitusi PPN Ekspor sebagai Variabel Dummy Tahun 2005-2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi sederhana dengan model Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Data ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui Kementerian Investasi/BKPM, BPS, dan UN Comtrade. Hasil penelitian terbukti bahwa variabel penanaman modal asing dan harga internasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume ekspor pakaian jadi Indonesia, namun kebijakan resitusi PPN ekspor tidak berpengaruh terhadap volume ekspor pakaian jadi Indonesia karena dibutuhkan kebijakan lain yang mendukung kebijakan tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan ekspor. *** Export is one of the international trades that can increase the country's economy and foreign exchange. The increase or decrease in export volume is influenced by many factors. This study aims to determine the effect of foreign investment and international prices on the export volume of apparel (convection) from Indonesian textiles with the Export VAT Restitution Policy as a Dummy Variable for 2005-2019. This research is quantitative research. The method used in this study is a simple regression method with the OLS model. This data uses secondary data obtained through the Ministry of Investment/BKPM, BPS, and UN Comtrade. The results of the study proved that the foreign investment variable and international prices had a significant effect on the export volume of Indonesian apparel, but the export VAT refund policy had no effect on the export volume of Indonesian apparel because other policies were needed to support these policies in order to increase exports.
