Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak Pendistribusian Buku Saku Cetak Siaga Banjir sebagai media berisi informasi panduan kesiapsiagaan bagi masyarakat terdampak banjir di kelurahan Bidara Cina. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian pihak yang yang mendistribusikan Buku Saku Siaga Banjir serta ketua RT/RW terdampak banjir dengan kategori Tinggi, Sedang, dan Rendah di Kelurahan Bidara Cina sejak tahun 2020. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa pendistribusian Buku Saku Cetak Siaga Banjir telah sampai kepada pengurus RT/RW dengan jumlah yang sesuai namun penerimaan informasinya belum menyeluruh karena tidak ada sosialisasi pada proses penyalurannya dan terdapat periode pergantian ketua RT/RW secara berkala. Penditribusian Buku Saku Cetak Siaga Banjir tidak berdampak signifikan pada kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terbukti dari pelaksanaan kesiapsiagaan yang dilakukan oleh ketua RT/RW maupun warga masyarakatnya berdasarkan atas pengalaman banjir yang pernah dialami sebelumnya, dan disesuaikan dengan keadaan lingkungan masing-masing wilayah terhadap histori kejadian banjir, sehingga Buku Saku panduan kesiapsiagaan menghadapi banjir ini bermanfaat untuk sumber informasi kesiapsiagaan khusus nya masyarakat yang belum bisa adaptif terhadap banjir. ***** This study aims to determine the impact of the distribution of the Flood Alert Printed Pocket Book as a medium containing information on preparedness guidelines for floodaffected communities in Bidara Cina village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the research subject being the party who distributes the Flood Alert Pocket Book and the head of the RT/RW affected by the flood in the High, Medium, and Low categories in Bidara Cina Village since 2020. This study obtained the results that the distribution of the Alert Print Pocket Book The flood has reached the RT/RW management with the appropriate amount, but the receipt of the information is not comprehensive because there is no socialization in the distribution process and there is a periodical change of RT/RW chairman. The distribution of the Flood Alert Printed Pocket Book did not have a significant impact on community preparedness as evidenced by the implementation of preparedness carried out by the head of the RT/RW and the community members based on previous flood experiences, and adapted to the environmental conditions of each region to the history of flood events, so that This handbook of flood preparedness guidebooks is useful as a source of information on preparedness, especially for people who have not been able to adapt to floods.
