Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak pembangunan Bendungan Karian terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga di Desa Pajagan, Kecamatan Sajira, Kabupaten Lebak, Banten. Menggunakan indikator keluarga sejahtera dari BKKBN. Serta mengkaji perubahan mata pencaharian dan pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembebasan lahan untuk pembangunan Bendungan Karian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penduduk Desa Pajagan yang terkena dampak pembebasan lahan untuk pembangunan bendungan. Metode pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling dengan ciri masyarakat yang terkena pembebasan lahan dan masih tinggal di wilayah Desa Pajagan yang berjumlah 88 responden. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi 1) Perubahan mata pencaharian, 2) Perubahan Pendapatan dan 3) Tingkat Kesejahteraan Keluarga Sebelum dan Sesudah adanya pembebasan lahan untuk proses pembangunan Bendungan Karian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perubahan yang cukup siginifikan terjadi pada kondisi mata pencaharian dan pendapatan serta perubahan terhadap luasan lahan pertanian yang dimiliki sebanyak 85 responden atau setara 96% warga Desa Pajagan memiliki luas lahan pertanian hanya <500m2 bahkan setalah pembebasan lahan banyak juga warga yang benar-benar kehilangan lahan pertaniannya. Meskipun berdasarkan klasifikasi Keluarga Sejahtera, penduduk di Desa Pajagan termasuk kedalam Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap 3 (KS3) dan Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap 3 Plus (KS 3Plus) dengan kondisi kesejahteraan yang baik akan tetapi pembangunan Bendungan Karian secara langsung sangat mempengaruhi kondisi sosial ekonomi penduduk di Desa Pajagan. * This study aims to determine how the impact of the construction of the Karian Dam on the level of family welfare in Pajagan Village, Sajira District, Lebak Regency, Banten. Using the prosperous family indicator from the BKKBN. As well as assessing changes in livelihoods and income before and after the land acquisition for the construction of the Karian Dam. The population in this study were all residents of Pajagan Village who were affected by land acquisition for the construction of the dam. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling with the characteristics of people affected by land acquisition and still living in the Pajagan Village area, totaling 88 respondents. The aspects studied include 1) Changes in livelihoods, 2) Changes in income and 3) Level of Family Welfare Before and After the land acquisition for the Karian Dam construction process. This study uses a quantitative method. Based on the results of the research, significant changes occurred in the conditions of livelihoods and income as well as changes in the area of agricultural land owned by 85 respondents or equivalent to 96% of Pajagan Village residents having an agricultural land area of only <500m2, even after land acquisition, many residents actually lost their agricultural land. Although based on the classification of the Prosperous Family, the residents in Pajagan Village are included in the Prosperous Family Stage 3 (KS3) and the Prosperous Family Stage 3 Plus (KS 3Plus) with good welfare conditions, the construction of the Karian Dam directly greatly affects the socio-economic conditions of the residents in Pajagan Village.
