Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara partisipasi dalam kegiatan Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dengan sikap demokratis pengurus OSIS SMAN 3 Cibinong periode 2021/2022. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari jumlah populasi yang ada atau total sampling yang berjumlah 50 orang pengurus OSIS. Uji yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 25 dan Microsoft excel. Uji persyaratan instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas dan linearitas. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas di uji cobakan 50 butir pernyataan kepada 30 responden. Hasil uji validitas instrumen variabel X menyatakan 34 butir pernyataan valid, sedangkan instrumen variabel Y terdapat 35 butir pernyataan yang valid. Selanjutnya, uji normalitas diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,2 > 0,05 dan uji linearitas sebesar 0,07 > 0,05 yang berarti kedua variabel dinyatakan berdistribusi normal dan linear. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis pearson product moment memperoleh hasil sebesar 0,695 > 0,05 dari nilai signifikansinya dan kontribusinya sebesar 48,3 %. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat antara partisipasi dalam kegiatan OSIS dengan sikap demokratis pengurus OSIS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi partisipasi dalam kegiatan OSIS maka akan di ikuti sikap demokratis pengurus OSIS yang semakin baik. ***** The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between participation in Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) activities with the democratic attitude of OSIS administrators at SMAN 3 Cibinong for the 2021/2022 period. The approach used in this research is quantitative with correlational method. The sample in this study was taken from the existing population or a total sampling of 50 OSIS administrators. The tests carried out in this study were carried out using the help of SPSS version 25 and Microsoft excel. The instrument requirements test consists of validity, reliability, normality and linearity tests. The validity and reliability tests were tested by 50 statement items to 30 respondents. The results of the test of the validity of the instrument variable X stated 34 valid statements, while the instrument variable Y contained 35 valid statements. Furthermore, the normality test obtained the results of 0.2 > 0.05 and the linearity test of 0.07 > 0.05, which means that both variables are declared to be normally distributed and linear. Hypothesis testing using Pearson Product Moment analysis obtained results of 0.695 > 0.05 of the significance value and its contribution of 48.3%. Based on this, there is a positive relationship between participation in OSIS activities and the democratic attitude of the OSIS management. The conclusion of this study states that the higher the participation in OSIS activities, the better the democratic attitude of the OSIS management will follow.
