Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri yang mencakup: (1) evaluasi input: (a) kesiapan peserta didik, (b) kinerjaguru mata pelajaran produktif, (c) kesiapan sarana dan prasarana; (2) evaluasi proses: (a) kinerja peserta didik, (b) kinerja pembimbing; (3) evaluasi produk: kesiapan kerja peserta didik; (4) mengidentifikasi kendala yang ada dalam pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian evaluasi program dengan pendekatan model Stake. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK Dinamika Pembangunan Jakarta. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 35 peserta didik dan 7 orang pembimbing. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan pertanyaan tertutup dan tanya jawab. Uji validitas instrumen dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product momentdari Karl Pearso. Reliabilitas instrumen dianalisis dengan uji keterandalan koefisien Alpha Cronbach. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan praktik kerjaindustri di SMK Dinamika Pembanguan Jakarta secara keseluruhan meliputi: (1) evaluasi input: (a) kesiapan peserta didik dalam kategori yang sangat baik (100%), (b) kinerja guru mata pelajaran produktif dalam kategori yang sangat baik (68.57%) dan baik (31,34%), (c) kesiapan sarana dan prasarana dalam kategori yang sangat baik (68.58%), baik (25.71%) dan rendah (5,71%); (2) evaluasi proses: (a) kinerja peserta didik dalam kategori yang sangat baik (57,14%) dan baik (42,86%), (b) kinerja pembimbing praktik kerja industri dalam kategori yang sangat baik (71.43%) dan baik (28,57%); (3) evaluasi produk: kesiapan kerja peserta didik dalam kategori yang sangat baik (65.71%) dan baik (34,29%); (4) kendala: (a) kendala peserta didik, kurangnya pengarahan, perintahyang bertubi-tubi, materi pelajaran di sekolah yang berbeda dengan keadaan dilapangan, (b) kendala pembimbing, harus membimbing secara intensif. *** This study aims to evaluate the implementation of industrial work practices which include: (1) evaluation of inputs: (a) readiness of students, (b) performance of productive subject teachers, (c) readiness of facilities and infrastructure; (2) process evaluation: (a) student performance, (b) supervisor performance; (3) product evaluation: students' work readiness; (4) identify existing obstacles in the implementation of industrial work practices. This research is a type of program evaluation research with a stake model approach. The research was conducted at the Jakarta Development Dynamics Vocational School. The research subjects were 35 students and 7 supervisors. The data collection method used is a questionnaire with closed questions and questions and answers. The instrument validity test was carried out using the product moment correlation formula from Karl Pearso. The reliability of the instrument was analyzed by using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient reliability test. The data collected were analyzed by quantitative descriptive techniques using percentages. The results showed that the overall evaluation of the implementation of industrial work practices at the Development Dynamics Vocational School in Jakarta included: (1) evaluation of inputs: (a) the readiness of students in the very good category (100%), (b) the performance of productive subject teachers in the category very good (68.57%) and good (31.34%), (c) the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in the very good category (68.58%), good (25.71%) and low (5.71%); (2) process evaluation: (a) the performance of students in the very good (57.14%) and good (42.86%) categories, (b) the performance of industrial work practice supervisors in the very good category (71.43%) and good (28.57%); (3) product evaluation: students' work readiness in the very good (65.71%) and good (34.29%) categories; (4) constraints: (a) student constraints, lack of direction, insistent orders, subject matter in schools that are different from the situation in the field, (b) supervisor constraints, must guide intensively.
