Abstract
Penelitian ini Bantargebang Bekasi didapatkan melalui identifikasi risiko. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Mei sampai Juli 2022, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan berdasarkan observasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Risiko Lingkungan pada Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Terpadu dan wawancara. Observasi dilaksanakan di Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Terpadu Bekasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada delapan informan yang terdiri dari dua orang informan kunci yaitu divisi kepegawaian, pendamping riset dan kunjungan dan tim monitoring lingkungan hidup. Serta enam orang informan pendukung terdiri dari masyarakat kelurahan Cikiwul, Ciketing Udik, dan Sumur Batu masing- masing dua orang. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data dan analisis menggunakan analisis risiko semi kuantitatif dengan penilaian risiko yang mengacu pada metode yang digunakan dalam The Standards Australia/New Zealand (AS/NZS 4360). Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan identifikasi risiko yang terdiri dari tata guna lahan, kualitas udara, kualitas air, kebisingan, penurunan tingkat kesehatan masyarakat, berkurangnya estetika lingkungan dan gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat. Untuk tata guna lahan tergolong ke dalam tingkat risiko rendah, kualitas udara tergolong tingkat risiko tinggi, kualitas air tergolong tingkat risiko tinggi, kebisingan tergolong tingkat risiko rendah, penurunan tingkat kesehatan masyarakat tergolong ke dalam tingkat risiko tinggi dan tingkat risiko rendah. Berkurangnya estetika lingkungan tergolong ke dalam tingkat risiko tinggi dan tingkat risiko rendah dan untuk gangguan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat tergolong kedalam tingkat risiko tinggi dan tingkat risiko rendah ***** This study aims to determine the level of environmental risk at the Integrated Waste Management Site Bantargebang Bekasi obtained through risk identification. This research was conducted from May to July 2022. This study used a descriptive method with a semi quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out based on observations and interviews. Observations were carried out at the Bekasi Integrated Waste Management Site. Interviews were conducted with eight informants consisting of two key informants, namely the personnel division, research and visiting assistants and the environmental monitoring team. As well as six supporting informants consisting of the people of Cikiwul, Ciketing Udik, and Sumur Batu villages of two people each. Meanwhile, for data processing and analysis using semi quantitative risk analysis with risk assessment referring to the methodused in The Standards Australia/New Zealand (AS/NZS 4360). The results of this study use risk identification consisting of land use, air quality, water quality, noise, decreased levels of public health, reduced environmental aesthetics and disturbanceof public security and order. Land use is classified as a low risk level, air quality is classified as a high risk level, water quality is classified as an high risk level, noise is classified as a low risk level, the decline in public health levels is classified as a high risk level and a low risk level. The reduction in environmental aesthetics is classified as a highrisk level and a low risk level. And for disturbances in public security and order, it is classified as a high risk level and a low risk level.
