Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan efektivitas kerja pengurus karang taruna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pengurus Karang Taruna RW 09 Grogol Selatan Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Sekatan yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan populasi terjangkau yang mengambil semua jumlah populasi untuk dijadikan sampel analisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data variabel X atau kepercayaan diri Dan variabel Y atau efektivitas kerja menggunakan kuesioner atau angket sejumlah item valid untuk variabel X Dan item valid untuk variabel Y yang dibagikan melalui google formulir. Uji prasyarat analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan uji normalitas yang hasilnya menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal Dan uji linieritas yang hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan linier antara variabel kepercayaan diri dengan variabel efektivitas kerja. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kepercayaan diri dengan efektivitas kerja pengurus Karang Taruna RW 09 Grogol Selatan hal tersebut diperoleh dari nilai rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0,519>0,361. Koefisien korelasi untuk nilai 0,519 dapat di kategorikan dengan tingkat hubungan sedang dan sisa nilai lainnya berhubungan dengan faktor lain diluar dari penelitian ini. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-confidence and work effectiveness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation method. The population in this study was the management of Karang Taruna RW 09 Grogol Selatan Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Sekatan of 30 people. This research is a population research, which takes all the population to be used as a sample for data analysis. Data collection techniques for variable X or self-confidence and variable Y or work effectiveness using a questionnaire with some valid items for the X variable and for the Y variable via google forms. The analysis prerequisite test in this study uses the normality test, which show that the data is normally distributed and the linearity test which show a linear relationship between the self-confidence variable and the work effectiveness variable. Based on the hypothesis test, it can be concluded: there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and the work effectiveness of Karang Taruna RW 09 Grogol Selatan management by the result of the value rcoun>rtable or 0,519>0,36. The correlation coefficient for the value of 0.519 can be categorized with a moderate level of relationship and the rest has a relationship with other factors outside of this study.
