Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan tingkat pendapatan pedagang sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan lapangan golf sebagai dampak dari pembangunan lapangan golf di Desa Tanjung Tinggi, Kecamatan Sijuk, Kabupaten Belitung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekitar kawasan lapangan golf Desa Tanjung Tinggi yang beralamat di Jalan Tanjung Pandan – Tanjung Kelayang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari Januari 2022 sampai dengan Agustus 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, dimana populasinya adalah pedagang yang berada di sekitar lapangan golf. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan persentase serta uji statistik T berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perubahan pendapatan pedagang sebelum dan sesudah pembangunan lapangan golf. Terdapat 51% responden mengalami kenaikan pendapatan, sedangkan 49% responden pendapatannya cenderung tetap. Secara keseluruhan pendapatan pedagang di sekitar lapangan golf Desa Tanjung Tinggi mengalami kenaikan sebesar 15% dari pendapatannya sebelum pembangunan lapangan golf. Jika dirata-ratakan maka setiap pedagang mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 2% dari pendapatan sebelum pembangunan lapangan golf. Indikator yang paling mempengaruhi kenaikan pendapatan pedagang di sekitar lapangan golf adalah jumlah rata-rata pembeli/pengunjung. Adanya lapangan golf telah membuat kunjungan ke Desa Tanjung Tinggi menjadi meningkat sehingga menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung dan berbelanja di pedagang sekitar lapangan golf. ***** This study aims to determine the changes in the income of traders before and after the construction of a golf course as a result of the development of a golf course in Tanjung Tinggi Village, Sijuk District, Belitung Regency. This research was conducted around the golf course area of Tanjung Tinggi Village, which is located at Jalan Tanjung Pandan – Tanjung Kelayang. The research was conducted from January 2022 to August 2022. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. This study is a population study, where the population is traders around the golf course. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis using frequency and percentage tables and paired T sample test. The results showed that there was a change in the income of traders before and after the construction of the golf course. There are 51% of respondents experienced an increase in income, while 49% of respondents tended to have a fixed income. Overall, the income of traders around the Tanjung Tinggi Village golf course increased by 15% from their income before the golf course construction. If averaged, each trader experienced an increase of 2% of income before the golf course construction. The indicator that most influences the increase in the income of traders around the golf course is the average number of buyers/visitors. The existence of a golf course has increased visits to Tanjung Tinggi Village, thus attracting tourists to visit and shop at traders around the golf course.
