Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memiliki kemajuan yang luar biasa dengan terus menyasar ke lingkungan kehidupan sehari-hari tak terkecuali dalam bidang bisnis makanan atau kedai. Kedai Basecamp merupakan salah satu kedai yang belum memanfaatkan adanya perkembangan teknologi, kedai ini memiliki permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu proses pengelolaan barang yang masih manual dan proses kelola penjualan yang masih manualsehingga berimbas pada lamanya waktu yang digunakan serta arsip data barang dan data keuangan rawan terjadi kerusakan karena masih dalam bentuk fisik, dan tidak adanya data pelanggan untuk menentukan arah penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang digunakan untuk membantu proses pengelolaan barang, pengelolaan penjualan, pelaporan penjualan, dan data pelanggan pada pusat atau cabang di Kedai Basecamp. Dalam pengembangan web sistem informasi inventory otomatis terintegrasi sistem informasi penjualan ini menggunakan metode waterfall dengan melakukan wawancara dan studi literatur. Wawancara menghasilkan daftar kebutuhan fungsional dan kebutuhan user, selanjutnya tahap desain dilakukan dengan rancangan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Adapun implementasi pembuatan website dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan dibantu dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter. Pengembangan web ini dilakukan pengujian dengan black box testing dan user acceptance testing. Sistem informasi ini berhasil menyelesaikan beberapa permasalahan yang ada dalam mengelola penjualan dan kelola inventory dengan cara mengintegrasikan data ketersediaan barang dengan data penjualan pada Kedai Basecamp berbasis website, serta menambahkan data pelanggan untuk mendukung owner sebagai sarana media promosi. Technological developments have made extraordinary progress by continuously targeting the environment of everyday life, including in the field of food or shop business. The Basecamp shop is one of the shops that has not taken advantage of technological developments, this shop has problems that occur, namely the process of managing goods which are still manual and the sales management process is still manual so that it affects the length of time used and archives of good data and financial data are prone to damage because it is still in physical form, and there is no customer data to determine the direction of sales. The purpose of this research is to produce a website-based information system that is used to assist the process of managing goods, managing sales, reporting sales, and customer data at the center or branch at Kedai Basecamp. In the web development of an integrated automated inventory information system, this sales information system uses the waterfall method of conducting interviews and literature studies. The interview resulted in a list of functional requirements and user requirements, then the design phase was carried out with the design of Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The implementation of website creation is done using the PHP programming language and assisted by using the Codeigniter framework. This web development is tested with black box testing and user acceptance testing. This information system has succeeded in solving several existing problems in managing sales and managing inventory by integrating good availability data with sales data at a website-based in Kedai Basecamp, as well as adding customer data to support the owner as a means of promotional media.
