Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program kerja yang dilaksanakan Sekolah Merdeka, Jakarta dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi pada siswa binaan menganalisis program kerja yang diintegrasikan dengan Pendidikan berbasis multicultural melalui program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan keseluruhan 7 orang dengan rincian 4 orang informan, 2 orang key informan, dan 1 orang expert opinion. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kurun waktu April sampai Juli 2022 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa program kerja Sekolah Merdeka dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi. Proses penanaman nilai toleransi yang dilaksanakan melalui beberapa program kerja yaitu Inilah Negeriku dan Kamu Sahabat ku yang menunjukan adanya refleksi Tindakan toleransi yang dilakukan oleh siswa binaan, satu sama lain diantaranya memperlihatkan Tindakan toleransi sosial Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah penanaman nilai toleransi pada anak dilakukan melalui program Inilah Negeriku dan Kamu Sahabatku beserta dengan proses yang memperlihatkan refleksi Tindakan toleransi selama prosesnya ***** This study aims to determine the work program implemented by the Merdeka School, Jakarta in instilling the value of tolerance in fostered students by analyzing work programs that are integrated with multicultural-based education through programs. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This study involved a total of 7 people with details of 4 informants, 2 key informants, and 1 expert opinion. This research was conducted from April to July 2022 The results of this study indicate that there are several work programs of the Merdeka School in instilling the value of tolerance. The process of inculcating the value of tolerance which is carried out through several work programs, namely This is My Country and You My Friends, which shows a reflection of the acts of tolerance carried out by the fostered students, one of which shows acts of social tolerance. The conclusion of the study is that the inculcation of tolerance values in children is carried out through the program This is My Country and You are My Friends along with a process that shows the reflection of the act of tolerance during the process.
