Abstract

Kata kunci: e-wallet, perceived ease of use, trust, perceived usefulness, dan adoption of e-wallet. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use; trust; and the perceived usefulness of the adoption of e-wallets among e-wallet users in Jabodetabek. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek community with the sample used, namely 200 respondents of e-wallet users aged 18 to 40 years. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method through questionnaires distributed online. The analytical technique used to process the collected data is the validity test and reliability test with SPSS software; model suitability test and hypothesis testing with AMOS 26 software. Through these analytical techniques, the results obtained that all indicators are valid and reliable, as well as perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness variables have a significant effect on the adoption of e-wallets, while the trust variable has no significant effect. against the adoption of e-wallets. Recommendations for further research to be able to use this research to be further developed and to be able to do further research on variables related to the adoption of e-wallets using different and more varied independent variables, and it is hoped that research sampling can be different, such as taking samples in the 3T area which e-wallet adoption is still low compared to the Jabodetabek area. Keywords: e-wallet, perceived ease of use, trust, perceived usefulness, and adoption of e-wallets.
