Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tiga bentuk model pembelajaran, yaitu problem based learning, discovery learning, flipped classroom dengan variabel atribut persepsi kinestetik terhadap hasil belajar jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain treatment by level 3 x 2 post-test only. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi dengan populasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi yang berjumlah 216 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria: (1) mahasiswa sedang dalam keadaan sehat dan menurut pengamatan mampu mendukung kegiatan penelitian, (2) mahasiswa bukan merupakan atlet pencak silat kategori tunggal, (3) mahasiswa tidak sedang mengikuti berbagai pemusatan latihan dari kecabangan olahraga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka sampel penelitian berjumlah 114 kemudian dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat diukur menggunakan instrumen modifikasi sesuai formulir pertandingan kategori tunggal pencak silat, sedangkan persepsi kinestetik diukur menggunakan tes punch perseption yang dikembangkan peneliti. Rancangan perlakuan dilakukan dalam 16 pertemuan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning, discovery learning, flipped classroom dan didukung dengan media pembelajaran aplikasi android analisis biomekanika jurus tunggal (turorial), video tutorial dan flip books. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan persepsi kinestetik terhadap hasil belajar jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat, (2) Untuk mahasiswa dengan persepsi kinestetik tinggi lebih efektif diajar dengan model pembelajaran flipped classroom (3) Untuk mahasiswa dengan persepsi kinestetik rendah lebih efektif diajar dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning. Kata Kunci : problem based learning, discovery learning, flipped classroom, persepsi kinestetik, jurus tunggal, pencak silat ******** The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of three learning models, namely: problem-based learning, discovery learning, and flipped classroom with kinesthetic perception attribute variables on the learning outcomes of empty-handed single artistic on Pencak silat. The method used in this research is an experiment with a 3 x 2 treatment by level post-test only design. This research was carried out at the Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi with a population of 216 students from the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the following criteria: (1) students were in good health and according to observations, were able to support research activities, (2) students were not single category pencak silat athletes, (3) students were not participating in various training centers from another sports. Based on this, the research sample amounted to 114 and was then divided into 6 research groups. The instrument used to measure the learning outcomes of pencak silat empty-handed single artistic was measured using a modified instrument according to the competition form for the single category of Pencak silat, while kinesthetic perception was measured using the test punch perception developed by the researcher. The treatment design was carried out in 16 meetings through the application of the learning models (problem-based learning, discovery learning, and flipped classroom) and supported by learning media such as an android application (Pencak silat single artistic based on biomechanical analysis (tutorial)), video tutorial, and flipbooks. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) There is an interaction between the learning model and the kinesthetic perception on the learning outcomes of pencak silat empty-handed single artistic, (2) For students with high kinesthetic perception, it is more effective to use the flipped classroom learning model. (3) For students with low kinesthetic perception, it is more effective to use the problem-based learning model.
