Abstract
Jump serve bolavoli merupakan salah satu teknik yang sangat menguntungkan bagi tim jika dapat menguasainya dengan baik. Bukan hanya dalam memulai pertandingan, namun juga dapat menjadi peluang mendapatkan poin langsung. Namun masih banyak atlet yang belum menguasai teknik jump serve dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan mengembangkan model latihan jump serve bolavoli. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari atlet, pelatih, ahli olahraga bola voli dan ahli kepelatihan olahraga. Sebanyak satu orang ahli bola voli, satu orang ahli kepelatihan satu orang ahli biomekanik, lima pelatih dan 60 atlet pada lima klub bola voli di tiga provinsi terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis data analisis kebutuhan, uji ahli dan uji kelayakan, serta uji t untuk menguji efektifitas produk. Produk telah berhasil dikembangkan dengan jumlah item model sebanyak 23 item, setiap item model telah divalidasi oleh para ahli dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam latihan. Hasil implementasi model menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan pada peningkatan keterampilan jump serve bola voli. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh hasil ada pada kolom Equal variances assumed dan Levene's Test for Equality of Variances diperoleh nilai F = 16,103 dengan nilai sig atau p-value = 0,000 < 0.05, yang berarti varians populasi kedua kelompok (data gain) tidak sama atau tidak homogen. Karena varians data tidak homogen, maka hasil uji hipotesis dapat dilihat pada kolom Equal variances not assumed dan t-test for Equality of Means. Dari kolom tersebut diperoleh nilai t hitung = 3,638, df = 58 maka didapatkan tabel = 2,002. Jika dibandingkan maka nilai t hitung > t tabel dan sig (2 tailed) atau p-value = 0.001 < 0.05 atau H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan teruji oleh data sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil tes keterampilan jump serve kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dari pada kelompok kontrol. Not only in starting the match, but also can be an opportunity to get direct points. However, there are still many athletes who have not mastered the jump serve technique well. This study aims to research and develop a volleyball jump serve exercise model. The subjects of this study consisted of athletes, coaches, volleyball experts and sports coaching experts. A total of one volleyball expert, one coaching expert one biomechanics expert, five coaches and 60 athletes at five volleyball clubs in three provinces were involved in this study. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative data analysis to analyze data needs analysis, expert test and feasibility test, and t test to test the effectiveness of the product. The product has been successfully developed with a total of 23 model items, each model item has been validated by experts and declared fit to be used in practice. The results of the implementation of the model show satisfactory results in improving volleyball jump serve skills. Based on the results of the t test, the results obtained in the column Equal variances assumed and Levene's Test for Equality of Variances obtained a value of F = 16.103 with a sig value or p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the population variance of the two groups (data gain) is not the same or not homogeneous. Because the data variance is not homogeneous, the results of the hypothesis test can be seen in the column Equal variances not assumed and t-test for Equality of Means. From this column, the value of t count = 3.638, df = 58, then the table = 2.002 is obtained. If compared, the value of t count > t table and sig (2 tailed) or p-value = 0.001 < 0.05 or H0 is rejected. Thus the hypothesis proposed is tested by the data so that it can be concluded that the test results of the jump serve skills of the experimental group are higher than that of the control group.
