Abstract

Bencana gempa bumi tidak dapat diperkirakan kapan akan terjadi, mengingat pula negara Indonesia yang rentan terhadap bencana gempa bumi karena disebabkan oleh posisi geologis Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini memilih pusat perbelanjaan Summarecon Mall Bekasi yang berada di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapsiagaan karyawan Summareson Mall Bekasi dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi. Menggunakan 4 (empat) parameter untuk mengukur kesiapsiagaan menurut LIPI-UNESCO/ISDR tahun 2006 yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap bencana, rencana tanggap darurat, peringatan bencana, dan mobilisasi sumber daya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Summarecon Mall Bekasi dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Issac dan Michael dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 53 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan skoring pada tiap soal dan menghitung nilai indeks total dengan mengacu pada rumus indeks kesiapsiagaan individu LIPI-UNESCO/ISDR tahun 2006. Tingkat kesiapsiagaan dibagi menjadi sangat siap, siap, hampir siap, kurang siap dan belum siap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh pada setiap parameter masuk dalam kategori sangat siap yang berarti tingkat kesiapsiagaan karyawan di Summarecon Mall Bekasi secara keseluruhan masuk dalam kategori sangat siap dengan total indeks sebesar 92,7. ***** It is impossible to predict when an earthquake will occur, considering that Indonesia is also vulnerable to earthquakes because it is caused by Indonesia's geological position. In this study, the Summarecon Mall Bekasi shopping center was chosen in Bekasi City. This study aims to determine the level of preparedness of Summareson Mall Bekasi employees in dealing with earthquake disasters. Using 4 (four) the parameters for measuring preparedness according to LIPI-UNESCO/ISDR 2006 are knowledge and attitudes towards disasters, emergency response plans, disaster warnings, and resource mobilization. The population in this study are employees of Summarecon Mall Bekasi with the sampling method using the Isaac and Michael formula with the number of respondents as many as 53 people. This study uses quantitative methods and for data analysis using descriptive analysis. Data processing is done by scoring each question and calculating the total index value by referring to the formula LIPI-UNESCO/ISDR individual preparedness index 2006. The level of preparedness is divided into very ready, ready, almost ready, less ready and not ready. Based on the research results, each parameter is included in the very ready category, which means the level of preparedness of employees at Summarecon Mall Bekasi as a whole is in the very ready category with a total index of 92.7.
