Abstract

Ahmad Natsiruddin, 2022 : Pengaruh E-Commerce, Budaya Organisasi, dan Pengetahauan Akuntansi Terhadap Kinerja Usahan Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Pembimbing : (1) Nuramalian Hasanah, SE., M.Ak ; (2) Diah Armeliza, SE., M.Ak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable independen yakni E-Commerce, Budaya organisasi, dan Pengetahuan Akuntansi terhadap variabel dependen yakni Kinerja Uaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang berada di kawasan Pusat Industri Kecil (PIK) Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. Kinerja UMKM diukur dengan e-commerce, budaya organisasi, dan pengetahuan akuntansi. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 80 responden dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa e-commerce tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan budaya organisasi dan pengetahuan akuntansi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Supervisor : (1) Nuramalian Hasanah, SE., M.Ak ; (2) Diah Armeliza, SE., M.Ak This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variable, namely E-Commerce, Organizational Culture, and Accounting Knowledge on the dependent variable, namely the Performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The population of this study is MSMEs located in the Pulogadung Small Industry Center (PIK) area, East Jakarta. MSME performance is measured by e-commerce, organizational culture, and accounting knowledge. The samples obtained were 80 respondents with simple random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce does not have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs and organizational culture and accounting knowledge have a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs.
