Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMK Prestasi Prima. Penelitian memfokuskan pada manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMK Prestasi Prima dengan subfokus perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, pengawasan dan penghapusan sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian menggunakan pendeketan kualittatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan melalui data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui klasifikasi data-koding, reduksi data, paparan data, analisis data, dan display data. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik, transferbilitas, dependebilitas, serta konformabilitas. Responden (Informan) terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana, Staff Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Sarana dan Prasarana, dan Kepala Program Broadcasting. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana dimulai dengan penyusunan daftar kebutuhan barang hingga analisis kebutuhan dan skala prioritas; (2) Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dibedakan berdasarkan sumber dana yang dikeluarkan dan sekolah memiliki beberapa cara tersendiri; (3) Inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana dilakukan oleh staff wakil kepala sekolah yang berkoordinasi dengan wakil kepala sekolah serta menjadii kegiatan yang terus berjalan, (4) Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan oleh seluruh warga sekolah dan secara rutin serta berkala; (5) Pengawasan sarana dan prasarana melibatkan peran wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana dan prasarana serta dilihat dari kartu kendali atau pemeliharaan; (6) Penghapusan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan dengan membuat daftar barang yang akan dihapus kemudian dilaporkan kepada pihak yayasan atau pemerintah. ***** This research aims to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in SMK Prestasi Prima. The research focuses on the management of facilities and infrastructure in SMK Prestasi Prima with subfocus on planning, procurement, inventory, maintenance, supervision and elimination of facilities and infrastructure. Research through a qualitative approach, with a descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research was conducted through the collected data analyzed through data-coding classification, data reduction, data exposure, data analysis, and data display. To test the validity of the data used the credibility of the data by triangulation of sources and techniques, transferability, dependability, and conformability. Respondents (Informants) consisted of the Principal, Deputy Principal of Facilities and Infrastructure, Deputy Principal of Facilities and Infrastructure Staff, and Head of the Broadcasting Program. The results of the study show that (1) Planning for facilities and infrastructure begins with the preparation of a list of goods requirements to analysis of needs and priorities; (2) Procurement of facilities and infrastructure is differentiated based on the source of funds spent and schools have several ways of their own; (3) Inventory of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by the deputy principal's staff in coordination with the vice principal and is an ongoing activity, (4) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by all school residents and routinely and periodically; (5) Supervision of facilities and infrastructure involves the role of the vice principal in the field of facilities and infrastructure and is seen from the control or maintenance card; (6) Elimination of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by making a list of goods to be removed and then reported to the Foundation or the government.
