Abstract

Berdasarkan situasi upaya kesehatan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bekasi menunjukkan bahwa untuk upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak balita dilakukan mengefektifkan pemantauan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan serta memaksimalkan imunisasi dasar pada bayi yang belum 100%. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah sistem informasi Posyandu yang bertujuan agar dapat mengoptimalkan sistem informasi yang telah dibuat pada penelitian sebelumnya yang menyempurnakan dalam hal cakupan Posyandu yang lebih luas dan mengefektifkan pemantauan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan serta imunisasi dasar pada bayi. Website ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle dan model spiral dengan tahapan perencanaan, pengembangan dan diakhiri integrasi serta pengujian. Terdapat empat pengguna dalam website ini yaitu petugas kesehatan, kader, ketua Posyandu serta orang tua. Petugas kesehatan dapat melihat data KIA (Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak) dan dapat menambahkan anggota kader. Kader dapat mengelola data KIA, mengelola permohonan pendaftaran anggota Posyandu dan mengatur jenis imunisasi serta tahapan perkembangan anak. Orang tua dapat melihat data KIA dan melihat informasi Posyandu. Ketua Posyandu mendapatkan fitur yang sama dengan petugas kesehatan dengan fitur tambahan dapat mengelola laporan Posyandu. Berdasarkan pengujian black box testing dan usability testing dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian ini juga berhasil menyempurnakan tingkat kebergunaan pada penelitian sebelumnya yang berada di nilai 86,73% dengan nilai yang didapatkan pada penelitian pengembangan Sistem Informasi Posyandu berbasis website di Posyandu Sari Kemuning II Kelurahan Wanasari Kabupaten Bekasi senilai 94,3% pada keseluruhan sistem yang dapat dikatakan telah berjalan dengan baik dan sangat sesuai yang diharapkan serta memperbaiki kekurangan pada penelitian sebelumnya. ***** Based about health efforts by the Bekasi Regency Health Office, it shows that to improve the quality of life of children under five, there is an effective monitoring of growth and development as well as maximizing basic immunization for infants who are not yet 100%. In this study, a Posyandu information system will be created which aims to optimize the information system that has been made in previous research which improves the scope of the Posyandu which is wider and makes monitoring of growth and development effective and basic immunization in infants effective.. This website was developed using the System Development Life Cycle method and spiral model with stages of planning, development and ending with integration and testing. There are four users on this website, namely health workers, cadres, head of Posyandu and parents. Health workers can view KIA data (Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak) and can add cadre members. Cadres can manage KIA data, manage applications for registration of Posyandu members and regulate types of immunizations and stages of child development. Parents can view KIA data and view Posyandu information. Head of Posyandu gets the same features as health workers with the addition feature of being able to manage Posyandu reports. Based on black box testing and usability testing, it can be said this research also succeeded in perfecting the level of usability in previous research which was at a value of 86.73% with the value obtained in research on the development of a website-based Posyandu Information System at Posyandu Sari Kemuning II, Wanasari Village, Bekasi Regency, which was worth 94.3% on the whole system. has been running well and very as expected as well as correcting deficiencies in the previous research.
