Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan mengenai hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan hasil belajar PPKn kelas IV SDN Kecamatan Bekasi Timur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDN Kecamatan Bekasi Timur yang berjumlah sebanyak 189 peserta didik. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan termasuk ke dalam bentuk korelasi bivariat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner (angket) dengan skala Likert dan tes objektif bentuk pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi dengan Pearson Product Moment dan uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi dengan uji t. Adanya hubungan atau korelasi antara variabel efikasi diri dengan variabel hasil belajar PPKn ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.917 dan nilai signifikansi koefisien korelasi sebesar thitung 31.438 > ttabel 1.653, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Kemudian, hasil perhitungan uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri memberikan kontribusi terhadap hasil belajar PPKn sebesar 84.09% dan sisanya 15.91% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Oleh sebab itu, kepala sekolah dan pendidik perlu untuk lebih memperhatikan serta mengembangkan dan memaksimalkan efikasi diri peserta didiknya sehingga ketika mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah ataupun kegiatan lain, peserta didiknya akan lebih optimis untuk maju. ***** This study aims to find out and obtain an overview as well as analyze and describe the relationship between self-efficacy and learning outcomes of Civics Class IV SDN Bekasi Timur District. The sample in this study was the fourth grade students of SDN Bekasi Timur District, totaling 189 students. The sampling technique used in this study is the cluster random sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach and is included in the form of bivariate correlation. Data was collected by distributing research instruments in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert and multiple-choice objective tests. The data analysis technique used the correlation coefficient test with Pearson Product Moment and the correlation coefficient significance test with the t test. The existence of a relationship or correlation between the self-efficacy variable and the Civics learning outcome variable is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.917 and the significance value of the correlation coefficient of tcount 31.438 > ttable 1.653, so it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the two variables. Then, the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that self-efficacy contributes to Civics learning outcomes by 84.09% and the remaining 15.91% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, principals and educators need to pay more attention to and develop and maximize the self-efficacy of their students so that when participating in learning activities at school or other activities, students will be more optimistic to progress.
