Abstract

Proses pembelajaran blended dapat terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien serta mencapai hasil yang diharapkan apabila guru yang menerapkannya memiliki kompetensi pedagogik yang baik. Salah satu aspek pedagogik yang dimaksud adalah kompetensi guru menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik, Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan program e-mentoring yang diharapkan layak digunakan pada upaya pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru khususnya terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran blended. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Research & Development. Langkah-langkah yang diterapkan peneliti, mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan yang diperkenalkan oleh Dick & Carey. Pada tahap ke enam, saat mengembangkan strategi instruksional peneliti mengintegrasikan dan memodifikasi sebuah model e-mentoring yaitu DARP (Discuss, Archive, Refleft, Prepare) yang digagas oleh Tisdell dan Shekhawat (2019). Model ini menentukan bagaimana sintak atau alur aktifitas mentoring dijalankan. Desain oleh peneliti menjadikan Prepare sebagai langkah di awal siklus. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi formatif oleh ahli desain, ahli media, ahli materi dan pengguna, maka diperoleh informasi bahwa produk e-mentoring yang dikembangkan akhirnya dinyatakan layak untuk dipergunakan. Sementara itu setelah dilaksanakan uji lapangan, dilaksanakan penilaian efektifitas e-mentoring secara terbatas melalui observasi dan diperoleh hasil yang mendeskripsikan bahwasanya e-mentoring yang diterapkan cukup efektif mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam menyelenggarakan blended learning. Meskipun hasil pengembangan e-mentoring telah dianggap layak dan cukup efektif, namun masih terdapat beberapa keterbatasan selama penelitian berlangsung, dan kelemahan teknis saat pelaksanaan uji coba. Dengan demikian peneliti merekomendasikan adanya penelitian lanjutan untuk memeriksa efektifitas e-mentoring secara lebih seksama, terbuka peluang untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan desain e-mentoring dengan konteks, teknologi, atau tujuan yang berbeda. Kata Kunci : e-mentoring, kompetensi pedagogik, blended learning The blended learning process can be carried out effectively and efficiently and achieve the expected results if the teacher who applies it has good pedagogic competence. One of the pedagogical aspects in question is the competence of teachers to organize educational learning activities. This study aims to produce an e-mentoring program which is expected to be suitable for use in efforts to develop teacher pedagogic competencies, especially related to the implementation of blended learning activities. ******** The research method applied is Research & Development. The steps applied by the researcher, adapting the research and development steps introduced by Dick & Carey. In the sixth stage, when developing an instructional strategy, the researcher integrated and modified an e-mentoring model, namely DARP (Discuss, Archive, Refleft, Prepare) which was initiated by Tisdell and Shekhawat (2019). This model determines how the syntax or flow of mentoring activities is carried out. Design by researchers makes Prepare as the first step in the cycle. Based on the results of the formative evaluation by design experts, media experts, materials experts and users, the e-mentoring was finally declared feasible to use. Meanwhile, after the field test, a limited evaluation of the effectiveness of e-mentoring was carried out through observation and obtained results describing that the e-mentoring applied was quite effective in developing the pedagogic competence of teachers in implementing blended learning. Although the results of the development of e-mentoring have been considered feasible and quite effective, there are still some limitations during the research, and technical weaknesses during the pilot implementation. Thus the researcher recommends further research to examine the effectiveness of e-mentoring more carefully, there are opportunities to develop and implement e-mentoring designs with different contexts, technologies, or goals.
