Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari biaya audit, auditor’s switching, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit report lag pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode tahun 2019-2021. Faktor-faktor yang akan diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah biaya audit, auditor’s switching, dan ukuran perusahaan, sedangkan audit report lag menjadi variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data berupa time series dan cross section yaitu terdiri dari beberapa tahun penelitian yakni 2019-2021 dan terdiri dari beberapa perusahaan yang akan diteliti yaitu 114 perusahaan dalam periode tiga tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi E-views 12. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari biaya audit terhadap audit report lag. Sedangkan auditor’s switching dan ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap audit report lag. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan sebesar 14,6% terhadap audit report lag yang merupakan variabel dependen. Adapun keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu hanya diteliti dalam periode tiga tahun yakni 2019-2021, diharapkan peneili selanjutnya dapat menambah jumlah periode tahun penelitian agar memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat. Kata Kunci: Audit report lag, Biaya Audit, Auditor’s switching, Ukuran Perusahaan *** This study aims to analyse the effect of Audit FEE, Auditor’s switching And Company SIZE On Audit report lag In Manufacturing Listed Company On Indonesian Stock Exchange Period 2019-2021. Factors tested in this research are level of Audit FEE, Auditor’s switching And Company SIZE as independent variable and Audit report lag as dependent variable. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. In this research, the data used is time series and cross section data which is include several periodic times. In this case we use 2019 until 2021 as year of research. This research also observe 114 companies for manufacturing sectors. This study uses panel data regression analysis method and analysed with E-views 12. The final result of this research showed that there is significant effect of Audit FEE on Audit report lag. However, there isn’t effect of Auditor’s switching And Company SIZE on Audit report lag. The independent that used in this research provide an explanation 14,6% of the Audit report lag as the dependent variable. At the last, for this research has limitation that is only used 2019 until 2021 as year of research, for the next researcher hopefully can increase the number of year of research to increase the result will be more accurate.
