Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konteks berupa materi yang diberikan dalam program sertifikasi kompetensi asesmen untuk guru SMK, untuk mengetahui input mengenai sumber daya manusia yang terdiri dari guru sesuai standard, untuk mengetahui proses mengenai pelaksanaan program sertifikasi kompetensi asesmen di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Bekasi, untuk mengetahui produk adalah hasil yang diperoleh oleh guru SMK setelah mengikuti program sertifikasi kompetensi asesmen. Fokus penelitian ini pada Evaluasi Implementasi Program Sertifikasi Kompetensi Asesmen Guru SMK Negeru 1 Babelan. Sub fokus penelitian ini adalah evaluasi konteks berupa materi yang diberikan dalam program sertifikasi kompetensi asesmen untuk guru smk, evaluasi input mengenai sumber daya manusia yang terdiri dari guru sesuai standard, evaluasi proses mengenai pelaksanaan program sertifikasi kompetensi asesmen di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Bekasi, evaluasi produk adalah hasil yang diperoleh oleh guru SMK setelah mengikuti program sertifikasi kompetensi asesmen. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data disajikan dalam bentuk teks narasi melalui prosedur yaitu coding, reduksi data, penyajian data, triangulasi data, penarikan simpulan dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian dengan metode CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluasi konteks adalah materi yang menunjukkan bahwa materi yang diberikan oleh BNSP dalam program sertifikasi kompetensi kepada guru produktif SMKN 1 Babelan sudah dapat dipahami, evaluasi input adalah sumber daya manusia yang telah memenuhi standarisasi dari BNSP, 10 (sepuluh) informan yang telah diwawancara secara tertulis oleh peneliti, 2 (dua) diantaranya AA dan AAA tidak memenuhi standarisasi yang telah diberikan BNSP, evaluasi proses adalah proses pelaksanaan program sertifikasi kompetensi dimungkinkan 3 (tiga) diantaranya yaitu AAA, TH dan H tidak dapat menjelaskan secara detail mengenai pelaksanaan program sertifikasi kompetensi, evaluasi produk adalah sudah mencapai kompetensi sebagai asesor yang kompeten sehingga mampu melakukan pengujian sesuai ketentuan yang dibuat oleh BNSP. ******** This study aims to determine the context in the form of material provided in the competency assessment certification program for SMK teachers, to find out input regarding human resources consisting of teachers according to standards, to find out the process regarding the implementation of the assessment competency certification program at SMK Negeri Bekasi Regency, to find out product is the result obtained by vocational school teachers after participating in the competency assessment certification program. The focus of this research is on the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Teacher Assessment Competency Certification Program at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan. The sub focus of this research is the evaluation of the context in the form of material provided in the competency assessment certification program for vocational school teachers, evaluation of input regarding human resources consisting of teachers according to standards, evaluation of the process regarding the implementation of the competency assessment certification program at SMK Negeri Bekasi Regency, product evaluation is the results obtained by vocational school teachers after participating in the competency assessment certification program. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is presented in the form of narrative text through procedures, namely coding, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, drawing conclusions and data analysis. The results of the research using the CIPP method (Context, Input, Process, Product) context evaluation is material that shows that the material provided by BNSP in the competency certification program for productive teachers at SMKN 1 Babelan is understandable, input evaluation is human resources that have met the standard from BNSP, 10 (ten) informants who have been interviewed in writing by researchers, 2 (two) of them AA and AAA do not meet the standards that have been given by BNSP, process evaluation is the process of implementing a competency certification program it is possible 3 (three) of them, namely AAA, TH and H cannot explain in detail about the implementation of the competency certification program, product evaluation is that it has achieved competence as a competent assessor so that it is able to carry out testing according to the provisions made by BNSP.
