Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi implementasi program Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pengawas (PKP) di Pusdiklat Menpim Mahkamah Agung RI menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan motode penelitian deskriptif evaluative, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi terdiri dari 4 komponen CIPP, menunjukan bahwa: 1) Pada komponen Context, Pusdiklat Menpim memiliki dasar dalam penyelenggaraan program PKP, tujuan penyelenggaraan yang sesuai dengan pedoman penyelenggaraan, serta analisis kebutuhan program yang sejalan dengan pedoman penyelenggaraan; 2) Pada komponen Input, Pusdiklat Menpim memiliki SDM yang baik, sesuai dengan stadar LAN, memiliki dokumen penyusun anggaran dan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan pedoman penyelenggaraan, dan sarana prasarana yang lengkap; 3) Pada komponen Process, mulai dari proses perencanaan hingga proses evaluasi dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah sesuai kebijakan; 4) Pada komponen Product, dilihat dari hasil penilaian, maka tujuan penyelenggaraan program PKP sudah tercapai. Temuan lain yang didapatkan, yaitu: 1) Penambahan fasilitas studio pembelajaran; 2) Sosialisasi yang dilakukan lewat sosial media dan dilakukan pendaftaran online; 3) Serta keluahan pada pelaksanaan pelatihan yang dilakukan di kantor, sehingga peserta tetap harus mengerjakan tugas pokoknya di kantor dan tidak dapat secara maksimal menyimak materi yang diberikan pengajar. Adapun rekomendasi untuk penyelenggara, memberikan surat penangguhan kerja selama pelatihan agar tidak melakukan tugas pokoknya di kantor. Hal tersebut diharapkan dapat membuat peserta lebih fokus dalam mengikuti pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring, dan mengoptimalkan penyerapan materi yang diberikan oleh pengajar. ***** This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) program at the Indonesian Supreme Court Menpim Training Center using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive evaluative research methods, and data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The evaluation results consist of 4 CIPP components, showing that: 1) In the context component, the Menpim Education and Training Center has a basis in the implementation of the PKP program, the objectives of the implementation are by the implementation guidelines, as well as the analysis of program needs that are in line with the implementation guidelines; 2) In the Input component, the Menpim Education and Training Center has good human resources, by LAN standards, has budget and curriculum drafting documents by implementation guidelines, and complete infrastructure facilities; 3) In the Process component, starting from the planning process to the evaluation process, the steps are carried out according to the policy; 4) In the Product component, judging from the results of the assessment, the objectives of implementing the PKP program have been achieved. Other findings obtained, namely: 1) Addition of learning studio facilities; 2) Socialization through social media and online registration; 3) As well as complaints on the implementation of the training carried out in the office so that participants still have to do their main tasks in the office and cannot optimally listen to the material given by the teacher. The recommendation for the organizers is to provide a letter of suspension of work during the training so that they do not carry out their main duties in the office. This is expected to make participants more focused on participating in online learning and optimizing the absorption of the material provided by the teacher.
