Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh resiliensi terhadap distres psikologis pada pengangguran dewasa awal. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji analisis regresi regresi sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Penelitian ini diikuti oleh 208 partisipan pengangguran dengan usia 18-40 tahun dengan pengambilan data menggunakan sampling purposive dibantu dengan google form. Pengukuran resiliensi menggunakan The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 25 (CD-RISC 25) dan pengukuran distres psikologis menggunakan Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi mempunyai pengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap distres psikologis pada pengangguran dewasa awal dan resiliensi memberikan sumbangan sebesar 2,5% terhadap distres psikologis pada pengangguran dewasa awal. This study aims to determine the effect of resilience on psychological distress in early adulthood unemployment. The methodology used in this study uses quantitative methods with simple regression analysis to test the proposed hypothesis. This study was followed by 208 participants aged 18-40 years with data collection using purposive sampling assisted by google form. Measurement of resilience using The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale 25 (CD-RISC 25) and the measurement of psychological stress using the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10). The results of this study indicate that resilience has a significant negative effect on psychological distress in early unemployment and resilience contributes 2.5% to psychological stress on early adult unemployment.
