Abstract

Saat ini Kelurahan Ujung Menteng memiliki 10 Posyandu yang beroperasi. Posyandu digunakan sebagai pusat kesehatan pelayanan masyarakat, pada Posyandu Kelurahan Ujung Menteng masih menggunakan buku sebagai media pencatatan pelayanan kesehatan. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat sebuah sistem informasi Posyandu yang bertujuan mempermudah pada saat melakukan pencatatan pelayanan kesehatan yang ada, serta mempercepat waktu pada saat melakukan perekapan data tiap bulannya. website ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle dan model waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, uji coba dan pemeliharaan. Terdapat tiga pengguna dalam website ini yaitu petugas kesehatan, kader serta pengunjung Posyandu. Petugas kesehatan dapat mengelola akun, mengelola informasi Posyandu, melihat data KMS dan dalam mengekpor data KMS. Kader dapat mengelola data pengunjung, mengelola informasi Posyandu, mengelola data KMS, dan mengekpor data KMS. Pengunjung dapat melihat data KMS dan melihat informasi Posyandu. Berdasarkan pengujian UAT (User Acceptance Test) kebergunaan usability dapat dikatakan bahwa Perancangan Sistem Informasi Posyandu pada Kelurahan Ujung Menteng Berbasis Website telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai yang diharapkan dengan tingkat kebergunaan senilai 86,73% pada keseluruhan sistem. Currently Ujung Menteng village has 10 Posyandu in operation. Posyandu is used as a public service health center, in the Posyandu of Ujung Menteng Village still using books as a recording media for healthcare. In this research, you will create a Posyandu information system that aims to facilitate the recording of existing health services, as well as accelerate the time of data recording each month. This website is developed using the method of System Development Life Cycle and waterfall model with the need for analysis stage, implementation system design, trial and maintenance. There are three users in this website which are health officers, cadres and visitors of Posyandu. Healthcare officers can manage accounts, manage Posyandu information, view KMS data and in the export of KMS data. Cadres can manage visitor data, manage Posyandu information, manage KMS data, and export KMS data. Visitors can see the KMS data and see Posyandu information. Based on the examination of UAT (User Acceptance Test) Usability usefulness can be said that the planning of information Systems Posyandu at Ujung Menteng Village based Website has been running well and as expected with the level of 86.73% usability in the entire system.
