Abstract

Penelitian Ini secara garis besar memilki tujuan yaitu : untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh karang taruna dalam pemberdayaan pemuda pada masa covid-19 di Kelurahan Ciracas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu ketua karang taruna Kelurahan Ciracas, penanggung jawab program pemberdyaan, dan masayrakat yang mengikuti program. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Seketariat Karang Taruna Kelurahan Ciracas yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Ciracas No.2, RT.7/RW.3, Ciracas, Kec. Ciracas, Kota Jakarta Timur, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 13740. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh karang taruna dalam pemberdayaan pemuda di masa covid-19 di Kelurahan Ciracas berkaitan dengan keilmuan Pendidikan nonformal dan sesuai dengan konsep Tujuan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Sasaran Pemberdayaan Masayrakat, Perencanaan Pemberdayaan dan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dari proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan ini. Selain itu, Pemberdayaan Pemuda tersebut menghasilkan sebuah keberhasilan yang menjadikan pemuda Kelurahan Ciracas memilki wawasan pengetahuan yang luas dan keterampilan sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi masayrakat secara umum. ****** In general, this research has a goal, namely: to find out the efforts made by youth organizations in empowering youth during the covid-19 period in the Ciracas village. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the head of the Ciracas Village Youth Organization, the person in charge of the empowerment program, and the people who participated in the program. Location The research was conducted at the Karang Taruna Secretariat, Ciracas sub-district, which is located at Jl. Raya Ciracas No.2, RT.7/RW.3, Ciracas, Kec. Ciracas, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 13740. The results of the study explain that the efforts made by youth organizations in empowering youth during the covid-19 period in the Ciracas sub-district are related to non-formal education science and are in accordance with the concept of Community Empowerment Goals, Community Empowerment Goals, Empowerment Planning and supporting faktors and inhibiting faktors of the planning and implementation process. empowerment program. In addition, the Youth Empowerment resulted in a success that made the Ciracas village youth have broad knowledge and skills so that they can be useful for the community in general.
