Abstract

Employability adalah seperangkat kompetensi yang penting dalam diri individu untuk diperoleh, dipertahankan dan bekerja secara optimal. Penelitian ini membahas tentang perbandingan kemampuan kerja pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Independent Sample T Test. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari non-probability sampling sebagai cara pengambilan sampel. disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan kerja antara mahasiswa tingkat akhir pria dan wanita, dengan nilai sig. 0,568 > 0,05. Employability is a set of competencies that are important in individuals to obtain, maintain and work optimally. This study discusses the comparison of employability in final year students by gender. The research method used in this study is the Independent Sample T Test. The sample of this research is final year students in DKI Jakarta using purposive sampling which is part of non-probability sampling as a way of collecting samples. it was concluded that there was no significant difference in employability between male and female final year students, with a value of sig. 0.568 > 0.05.
