Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah yang diangkat penelitian ini adalah apa saja kebutuhan Belajar di Lapas Narkotika Kelas IIA Jakarta. Dimana kebutuhan belajar yang dilakukan di lembaga pemasyarakatan berkaitan dengan kebutuhan belajar wargabinaan di lembaga pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan belajar wargabinaan LP Narkotika Kelas IIA Jakarta. Penelitian dilaksanakan di LP Narkotika Kelas IIA oleh wargabinaan. Pendekatan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, focus group discussion (FGD), dan dokumentasi. Keandalan data menggunakan metode triangulasi data. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan peringkasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan belajar WargaBinaan berkaitan dengan studi kepribadian. Pendidikan pribadi berfokus pada agama dan spiritualitas. Sedangkan kebutuhan belajar yang kedua terkait dengan keterampilan yaitu pembelajaran mesin dan otomotif. Kata kunci: kebutuhan, pelatihan, wargabinaan, lembaga pemasyarakatan.   STUDY EXPLORATION OF LEARNING NEEDS ON CITIZENS OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN NARCOTICS IN KLAS IIA JAKARTA (2022) ABSTRACT Angga Lucky Zul Rahman The problem raised in this research is what training needs are in the Class IIA Jakarta Narcotics Prison. The extent to which the training programs provided in prisons meet the training needs of community members. The purpose of this study was to determine the training needs of beneficiaries in Narcotics Prison Class IIA Jakarta. This research was conducted at the Class IIA Jakarta Narcotics Correctional Institution with inmates. The approach used in this research is descriptive using qualitative methods. Sources of data using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods include observation, focus group discussions (FGD), and documentation. Data triangulation method was used to validate the data. While the data analysis method uses data reduction, data presentation and summarization. The results showed that the learning needs of the Inmates were related to personality studies. Personal education is focused on religion and spirituality. While the second learning needs are related to skills, namely machine learning and automotive. Keywords: needs, training, inmates, correctional institutions.
