Abstract

Kinerja masyarakat ramah lingkungan merupakan aktivitas seseorang yang berada di organisasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan serta berkontribusi secara positif terhadap penyelesaian tujuan organisasi melalui dimensi task performance dan citizenship behavior. Pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan ekosistem secara rasional memerlukan upaya manusia untuk melestarikan keanekaragaman dan berusaha menghindari kerusakan dengan mempraktikkan peraturan, undang-undang, dan kebijakan yang ramah lingkungan. Hal ini efektif jika dilakukan institusi ramah lingkungan (greening institutions). Penelitian tentang kinerja masyarakat yang ramah lingkungan masih sedikit dan mendesak untuk dilakukan mengingat tantangan tugas kinerja masyarakat yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis. Kinerja masyarakat ramah lingkungan diduga dipengaruhi oleh model kepemimpinan lingkungan, nilai budaya, dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan mengetahui pengaruh model kepemimpinan lingkungan, nilai-nilai budaya, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja masyarakat ramah lingkungan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 101 sampel. Sampel dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling dari populasi seluruh masyarakat di Kelurahan Kebon Manggis, Matraman, Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model kepemimpinan lingkungan terhadap kinerja masyarakat ramah lingkungan (β = 0,338); terdapat pengaruh nilai budaya terhadap kinerja masyarakat ramah lingkungan (β = 0,264); terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja masyarakat ramah lingkungan (β = 0,197); terdapat pengaruh model kepemimpinan lingkungan terhadap motivasi kerja (β = 0,211); terdapat pengaruh nilai budaya terhadap motivasi kerja (β = 0,273). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model kepemimpinan lingkungan bukan satusatunya yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja masyarakat ramah lingkungan, perlu juga mempertimbangkan variabel nilai budaya dan motivasi kerja. KATA KUNCI: Model kepemimpinan lingkungan, nilai budaya, motivasi kerja, ramah lingkungan, kinerja masyarakat.********Environmentally friendly community performance is the activity of someone who is in the organization in improving the quality of the environment and contributing positively to the completion of organizational goals through the dimensions of task performance and citizenship behavior. Rational use of natural resources and ecosystems requires human efforts to conserve diversity and try to avoid damage by practicing environmentally friendly regulations, laws and policies. This is effective if carried out by environmentally friendly institutions (greening institutions). Research on community performance that is environmentally friendly is still few and urgent to be carried out considering the challenges of community performance tasks that are increasingly complex and dynamic. Environmentally friendly community performance is thought to be influenced by environmental leadership models, cultural values, and work motivation. This study aims to obtain information and determine the effect of environmental leadership models, cultural values, and work motivation on the performance of environmentally friendly communities. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 101 samples. The sample was selected through a probability sampling technique from the entire population of the community in Kebon Manggis Village, Matraman, East Jakarta. The research method used is causal associative using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is path analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of the environmental leadership model on the performance of environmentally friendly communities (β = 0.338); there is an influence of cultural values on the performance of environmentally friendly communities (β = 0.264); there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of environmentally friendly people (β = 0.197); there is an effect of environmental leadership model on work motivation (β = 0.211); there is an influence of cultural values on work motivation (β = 0.273). The conclusion of this study is that the environmental leadership model is not the only one that affects the performance of environmentally friendly communities, it is also necessary to consider the variables of cultural values and work motivation.
