Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru dan faslitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rentang waktu 8 bulan terhitung dari bulan Januari 2022 sampai Agustus 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Teknik pemilihan responden menggunakan Purposive Sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel berjumlah 150 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pernyataan kepada responden menggunakan teknik kuesioner dengan skala likert yang memberikan lima alternative jawaban. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa uji Hipotesis terdiri dari Uji F, Uji t. berdasarkan perbandingan F-hitung dan F-tabel menggunakan tabel ANOVA, diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 101.526 > 3.06. artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X1) dan Fasilitas Belajar (X2) terhadap Motivasi Belajar (Y). Hasil Uji t untuk Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X1). Hasil Uji t variabel keterampilan mengajar guru sebesar 6.924 > 1.97623 dan variabel fasilitas belajar sebesar 2.392 > 1.97623, hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh positif antara Keterampilan Mengajar Guru (X1) dan Fasilitas Belajar (X2) terhadap Motivasi Belajar (Y). Hasil uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) diperoleh hasil sebesar 0.580 yang berarti 58% variabel motivasi belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel keterampilan mengajar guru dan fasilitas belajar, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Keterampilan Mengajar Guru, Fasilitas Belajar ********** Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of teaching skills of teachers and learning facilities on the learning motivation of students at SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. This research was conducted over a period of 8 months starting from January 2022 to August 2022. The method used in this research is the survey method. The respondent selection technique used purposive sampling so that a sample of 150 students was obtained. Data collection was carried out by giving statements to respondents using a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale which provided five alternative answers. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis test consists of the F test and t test. based on a comparison of F-count and F-table using the ANOVA table, obtained Fcount of 101.526 > 3.06. means that there is influence between Teacher Teaching Skills (X1) and Learning Facilities (X2) on Learning Motivation (Y). Results of the t test for Teacher Teaching Skills (X1). The results of the t test for the teacher's teaching skills variable are 6.924 > 1.97623 and the learning facilities variable is 2.392 > 1.97623, this means that there is a positive influence between Teacher Teaching Skills (X1) and Learning Facilities (X2) on Learning Motivation (Y). The test results for the Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained a result of 0.580, which means that 58% of the learning motivation variable can be explained by the teacher's teaching skills and learning facilities, while the remaining 42% is influenced by other variables not examined by researchers.
