Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian nilai pada aspek energi bagian Efisiensi energi dan Konservasi dalam sistem penilaian Greenship Existing Building Versi 1.1 dan mengetahui pencapaian nilai pada aspek energi bagian Energi Dan Perubahan Iklim dalam sistem penilaian Greenmetric UI Guideline Versi 1.0 pada Gedung Raden Ajeng Kartini serta mengetahui konsep pada aspek energi dalam Greenship dan Greenmetric UI di Gedung Raden Ajeng Kartini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penilaian ini adalah metode studi kasus, dimana peneliti melakukan eksplorasi secara mendalam terhadap suatu program yang terikat oleh waktu dan aktivitas. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data secara mendetail dengan menggunakan prosedur pengumpulan data dan dalam waktu yang berkesinambungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian aspek energi bagian Efisiensi Energi dan Konservasi pada Greenship Existing Building Versi 1.1 di Gedung Raden Ajeng Kartini mendapatkan persentase 52,78% dari 30,77%. Serta penilaian aspek energi bagian Energi dan Perubahan Iklim pada Greenmetric UI Guideline Versi 1.0 di Gedung Raden Ajeng Kartini mendapatkan persentase 46,43% dari 21%. ***** This study aims to determine the achievement of value in the energy aspect of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation section in the Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 scoring system and to determine the achievement of value in the energy aspect of the Energy and Climate Change section in the Greenmetric UI Guideline Version 1.0 scoring system in the Raden Ajeng Kartini Building and to know the concept of energy aspects in Greenship and Greenmetric UI in the Raden Ajeng Kartini Building. The research method used in this assessment is the case study method, in which the researcher conducts an in-depth exploration of a program that is bound by time and activity. Researchers collect data in detail by using data collection procedures and in a continuous time. The results showed that the assessment of energy aspects part Energy Efficiency and Conservation in Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 in Raden Ajeng Kartini Building got a percentage 52,78% of 30,77%. The assessment of energy aspects pert Energy and Climate Change in Greenmetric UI Guideline Version 1.0 in Raden Ajeng Kartini Building got a percentage 46,43% of 21%.
