Abstract

Bencana kebakaran masih sering terjadi di Jakarta. Menurut data statistik Dinas Penanggulangan Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan, bencana kebakaran banyak terjadi pada bangunan gedung. Dalam upaya pencegahan, maka diperlukan perencanaan keadaan darurat kebakaran. Salah satu bangunan gedung yang memerlukan perencanaan keadaan darurat kebakaran adalah Studio Y. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan tanggap darurat kebakaran pada Studio Y di Stasiun Televisi X. Metodologi penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Pengambilan data dilakukan pada Studio Y dengan melakukan identifikasi potensi bahaya kebakaran dan analisis sarana serta prasarana tanggap darurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Studio Y memiliki potensi bahaya kebakaran yang cukup tinggi karena banyak perlengkapan dan peralatan yang dapat memicu kebakaran. Tingkat pemenuhan manajemen tanggap darurat, yaitu prosedur tanggap darurat sebesar 0%, tim tanggap darurat sebesar 100%, dan pelatihan tanggap darurat 75%. Sistem proteksi aktif telah tersedia dengan tingkat pemenuhan, yaitu Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR) sebesar 80%, alarm kebakaran sebesar 100%, sprinkler sebesar 80%, detektor kebakaran sebesar 100%, dan hydrant 100%. Namun, APAR tidak diberikan sign dan beberapa tidak digantung. Tingkat pemenuhan sarana keselamatan jiwa, yaitu pintu darurat sebesar 100%, tangga darurat sebesar 80%, koridor sebesar 50%, petunjuk arah keluar sebesar 83,3%, dan titik kumpul sebesar 66,66%. Petunjuk arah keluar tidak dipasang pada setiap pintu, terdapat koridor yang memiliki lebar 1 meter, dan tempat titik kumpul tidak diberikan sign. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan perencanaan keadaan darurat kebakaran yang disesuaikan dengan skenario kebakaran serta penentuan jalur evakuasi yang dibagi berdasarkan zona warna dan jumlah pintu yang telah tersedia. **** Fire disasters still occur in Jakarta frequently. According to statistical data from the Fire Management and Rescue Service, most of fires occur in buildings. As a prevention, it is important to plan a fire emergency. One of the buildings that requires a fire emergency planning is Studio Y. This study aims to make a fire emergency response plan in Studio Y at Television Station X. This research used a Research and Development (R&D) methods. Data collection was carried out at Studio Y by identifying potential fire hazards and analyzing emergency response facilities and infrastructure. The results showed that Studio Y had a fairly high fire hazard potential because there were many tools and equipment that could be triggering a fire. The level of fulfillment for emergency response management consists of emergency response procedures with a percentage of 0%, emergency response team with a percentage of 100%, and emergency response training with a percentage of 75%. The active protection system is available with a fulfillment level consisting of fire extinguisher with a percentage of 80%, fire alarm with a percentage of 100%, sprinkler with a percentage of 80%, fire detector with a percentage of 100%, and hydrant with a percentage of 100%. However, the fire extinguisher did not have a sign and some of thosewere not being hung up. The level of fulfillment for life safety facilities consisting of emergency exits with a percentageof 100%, emergency stairs with a percentage of 80%, corridors with a percentage of 50%, exit directions with a percentage of 83.3%, and assembly points with a percentage of 66.66%. There were no exit directions posted on every door, a corridor with a width of 1 meter, and no sign for the meeting point. Therefore, planning for a fire emergency was carried out according to the fire scenario and determining evacuation routes which were divided based on color zones and the number of available doors.
