Abstract

Provinsi Riau merupakan daerah yang rawan terhadap kebakaran hutan dan lahan terutama pada daerah ekosistem gambut yang mudah terbakar saat musim kemarau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis informasi peta sebaran tingkat keparahan area lahan gambut yang terbakar dari data citra satelit sentinel-2 yang memiliki resolusi temporal tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Relativized Burn Ratio (RBR). Nilai perhitungan dari RBR dapat digunakan untuk penilaian keparahan area terbakar. Rentang nilai pada RBR yaitu antara -0,5 sampai dengan +1,3 yang mengacu pada sumber United States Geological Survey (USGS) sehingga nantinya dapat di klasifikasikan. Proses analisis dalam pengolahan data citra membutuhkan data berupa sebaran lahan gambut, peta citra sebelum terbakar dan sesudah terbakar. Pengolahan dan analisis perhitungan membutuhkan bantuan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), dalam kasus ini aplikasi SNAP (Sentinel Aplication Platform) dan ArcGis digunakan untuk mengolah data citra dan proses pengklasifikasian tingkat keparahan area terbakar. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peta tingkat keparahan terbakar hutan gambut yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, Provinsi Riau dari tanggal 13 Juli 2019 hingga tanggal 17 Agustus 2019. Total luas lahan yang terbakar yaitu seluas 6348,68 hektar. Sementara itu, 48403,08 hektar lahan tidak terkena dampak kebakaran. Sehingga diperoleh hasil persentase kebakaran sebanyak 12 % dari total luas wilayahnya. **** Riau Province is an area that is prone to forest and land fires, especially in peat ecosystem areas which are flammable during the dry season. This study aims to analyze information on the distribution map of the severity of peatland areas that have been burned from Sentinel-2 satellite imagery data which has high temporal resolution. The method used in this study is to use the method Relativized Burn Ratio (RBR). The calculated value of the RBR can be used to assess the severity of the burned area. The range of values in the RBR is between -0.5 to +1.3 which refers to the source United States Geological Survey (USGS) so that later it can be classified. The analysis process in processing image data requires data in the form of peatland distribution data, image maps pre-fire and post-fire. Calculation processing and analysis requires the help of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications, in this case the SNAP application (Sentinel Aplication Platform) and ArcGis are used to process image data and the process of classifying the severity of the burned area. The results of this study are a map of the severity of peat forest fires in the Bagan Sinembah District area, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province from July 13 2019 to August 17 2019. The total area of burned land is 6348.68 hectares. Meanwhile, 48403.08 hectares of land were unaffected by the fire. In order to obtain the results of the percentage of fires as much as 12% of the total area.
