Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jalur evakuasi banjir di Kelurahan Bidara Cina, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei.Pengumpulan data skripsi ini menggunakan metode analisis jaringan jalan, service area, analisis rute dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) dengan menyesuaikan area Tempat Evakuasi Akhir (TEA) banjir dan membandingan dengan hasil validasi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan analisis berupa 24 jalur evakuasi banjir dengan kondisi 11 jalur yang baik, 13 jalur yang terhambat disebabkan oleh parkir liar pada sepanjang jalan dan diantara seluruh jalur evakuasi banjir terdapat 8 jalur evakuasi banjir dengan kondisi buruk sulit dilalui.Perbandingan validasi masyarakat dengan hasil pengololan analisis memiliki persamaan 80% dengan 10 titik TEA banjir yang tersebar di 9 RW rawan banjir Kelurahan Bidara Cina. This study aims to determine the flood evacuation route in Bidara Cina Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta City. This study uses quantitative descriptive method with survey approach. Data collection of this thesis using the method of road network analysis, service area, route analysis by utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) by adjusting the flood-prone areas in the village of Bidara China based histrory and comparing with the results of community validation. The results of this study showed the analysis in the form of 24 flood evacuation routes with 11 good conditions, 13 blocked routes caused by illegal parking along the road and among all flood evacuation routes there are 8 flood evacuation routes with bad conditions difficult to pass. By comparing the results of community validation with the management of road analysis and route analysis which has a difference of 80%, and 10 points of flood posts spread across 9 flood�prone RW Bidara Cina
