Abstract

Pariwisata adalah salah satu sektor penting terutama dalam membangun perekonomian negara termasuk Indonesia dengan memperkenalkan kekayaan alam serta kebudayaan yang ada di Indonesia yang merupakan suatu daya tarik bagi wisatawan yang ingin datang berkunjung. Jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara pada akhir tahun 2019 mencapai 16,11 juta kunjungan yang merupakan capaian tertinggi dalam periode tersebut. Namun pada awal tahun 2020 telah mengalami penurunan sebesar 74,85% jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019. Penurunan tersebut disebabkan oleh munculnya pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa Covid-19 adalah suatu intervensi. Intervensi merupakan suatu kejadian atau peristiwa yang menyebabkan data mengalami fluktuasi. Analisis intervensi digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yang diawali dengan mencari model ARIMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari model intervensi dan memprediksi jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara 10 periode ke depan menggunakan model intervensi yang telah didapatkan dengan metode analisis intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model intervensi terbaik dari data jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dengan intervensi Covid-19 adalah model ARIMA(0,2,1) dengan orde intervensi (0,1,1) dan tingkat akurasi sebesar 14,1723% yang berarti hasil peramalannya sudah baik. Model yang telah didapatkan digunakan untuk memprediksi data 10 periode ke depan dengan hasil prediksi berturut-turut yaitu 760.178; 849.745; 948.303; 1.056.605; 1.175.450; 1.305.690; 1.448.241; 1.604.066; 1.774.197; 1.959.726. Tourism is one of the important sectors, especially in economic growth of countries including Indonesia by introducing Indonesia’s natural and cultural wealth which is an attraction for tourists who want to come visit. The number of foreign tourist arrivals at the end of 2019 reached 16.11 million visits, which was the highest achievement in that period. However, at the beginning of 2020 there was a decrease of 74.85% when compared to 2019. This decrease was caused by the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, so it can be said that Covid-19 is an intervention. Intervention is an event or event that causes data to fluctuate. Intervention analysis is used to overcome this problem which begins with looking for an ARIMA model. This research aims to find an intervention model and predict the number of foreign tourist visits for the next 10 periods using the intervention model that has been obtained by the intervention analysis method. The results showed that the best intervention model from data on the number of foreign tourist visits with the Covid-19 intervention was the ARIMA(0,2,1) model with an order of intervention (0,1,1) and an accuracy rate of 14.1723%, which means that the forecasting results already good. The model that has been obtained is used to predict data for the next 10 periods with successive prediction results, namely 760,178; 849,745; 948,303; 1,056,605; 1,175,450; 1,305,690; 1,448,241; 1,604,066; 1,774,197; 1,959,726.
