Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di Walenrang Lamasi untuk persiapan pemekaran wilayah bagian utara Kabupaten Luwu menjadi Kabupaten Luwu Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bagian utara Kabupaten Luwu selama 6 bulan dari Bulan Juni sampai Desember. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan informan yaitu Sekretaris BAPPEDA Kabupaten Luwu, Camat Kecamatan Walenrang, Camat Kecamatan Walenrang Timur, Camat Kecamatan Walenrang Utara, Camat Kecamatan Walenrang Barat, Camat Kecamatan Lamasi dan Cama Kecamatan Lamasi Timur serta 2 aparat desa yaitu 1 aparat Desa Walenrang dan 1 aparat Desa Walenrang Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana di bagian utara Kabupaten Luwu dilihat dari sarana pendidikan tidak perlu penambahan sarana. Prasarana pendidikan memiliki kondisi bangunan sudah bagus dan baik, tetapi ada 1 kecamatan yang belum bagus. Apabila dilihat dari sarana pemerintahan sebagian kecamatan tidak memerlukan penambahan. Prasarana pemerintahan memiliki kondisi bangunan kantor masih layak. Apabila dilihat dari sarana pelayanan umum untuk penyediaan ruang tunggu di kantor Perwakilan dukcapil Kabupaten Luwu sudah memadai dan tersedia. Prasarana pelayanan umum di Perwakilan Dukcapil Kabupaten Luwu sudah tersedia pembuatan Ktp, hanya penyediaan blanko terbatas. This study aims to analyze the availability of facilities and infrastructure in Walenrang Lamasi in preparation for the division of the northern part of Luwu Regency into Central Luwu Regency. This research was conducted in the northern part of Luwu Regency for 6 months from June to December. The research method used was qualitative with informants namely the Secretary of BAPPEDA of Luwu Regency, Head of Walenrang District, East Walenrang District, North Walenrang District, West Walenrang District, Lamasi and East Lamasi District and 2 village officials, namely 1 village official Walenrang and 1 East Walenrang Village apparatus. The results of this study explain that the availability of facilities and infrastructure in the northern part of Luwu Regency, seen from educational facilities, does not need additional facilities. Educational infrastructure has good and good condition of buildings, but there is 1 sub-district which is not good. When viewed from the means of government, some sub-districts do not require additions. Government infrastructure has office building conditions that are still decent. When viewed from the public service facilities, the provision of a waiting room at the Luwu District Civil Registry Office is adequate and available. Public service infrastructure at the Dukcapil Representative for Luwu Regency is already available for KTP, only limited blanks are provided.
