Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui koefisien produktivitas setiap tenaga kerja serta faktor yang mempengaruhi koefisien produktivitas yang diperoleh tenaga kerja pada pemasangan bekisting aluminium pelat lantai dan balok di proyek Pegadaian Tower Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di proyek pembangunan Pegadaian Tower yang beralamatkan di Jl. Kramat Raya No. 162, Jakarta Pusat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Pengamatan dilakukan pada bulan September 2022 sampai bulan Oktober 2022 di setiap hari kerja (senin-jumat) pada pukul 08.00 -17.00 WIB. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer terdiri dari observasi lapangan dan data sekunder terdiri dari studi literatur dan studi dokumentasi. Pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah metode time study dan perhitungan koefisien produktivitas. Analisa data mencakup rekapitulasi hasil koefisien produktivitas setiap tenaga kerja serta faktor yang mempengaruhi diperoleh berdasarkan study literatur yang digunakan dan pengamatan di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh besaran koefisien produktivitas pada setiap tenaga kerja pemasangan bekisting aluminium pelat yaitu 0,0125 OH untuk mandor, 0,0570 OH untuk kepala tukang, dan 0,0958 OH untuk tukang bekisting aluminium. Pada tenaga kerja pemasangan bekisting aluminium balok yaitu 0,0068 OH untuk mandor, 0,0300 OH untuk kepala tukang, dan 0,0518 OH untuk tukang bekisting aluminium. Faktor yang mempengaruhi koefisien produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pemasangan bekisting aluminium pelat lantai dan balok pada penelitian ini yaitu kondisi cuaca, jumlah tenaga kerja, ketersediaan material dan pengalaman kerja. ***** Abstract: This research aims to determine the productivity coefficient of each worker and the factors that influence the coefficient obtained by labor in the installation of aluminum beam formwork and floor slabs in the Pegadaian Tower project in Central Jakarta This research was conducted at the Pegadaian Tower development project which is located at Kramat Raya street No. 162, Central Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Observations were made from September 2022 to October 2022 on every working day (Monday-Friday) from 08.00 - 17.00 WIB. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of field observations and interviews while secondary data consists of literature studies and documentation studies. The data processing used is the time study method and the calculation of the productivity coefficient. Data analysis includes the recapitulation of the results of the productivity coefficient for each worker and the influencing factors obtained based on the study of the literature used and observations in the field. Based on the research results, it was obtained that the value of the productivity coefficient for each labour installing Aluminum formwork slab was 0,0125 OH for the foreman, 0,0570 OH for the chief worker, and 0,0958 OH for the aluminum formwork worker. The value of the productivity coefficient labor for installing aluminum formwork beam is 0,0068 OH for the foreman, 0,0300 OH for the chief worker, and 0,0518 OH for the aluminum formwork worker. Factors that influence the coefficient of labor productivity in installing aluminum floor slab and beam formwork in this study are weather conditions, the number of workers, and the availability of materials.
