Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecenderungan mengambil risiko terhadap intensi berwirausaha, mengetauhi pengaruh kebutuhan akan prestasi terhadap intensi berwirausaha, mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jabodetabek selama enam bulan terhitung sejak Mei sampai November 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa di Jabodetabek. Teknin pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan sebanyak 150 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan data kuesioner kepada responden melalui Google form. Analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS 22. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: kecenderungan mengambil risiko terhadap intensi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kebutuhan akan prestasi terhadap ientensi berwirausaha berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha tidak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. *** This study aims to determine the effect of risk taking propensity on entrepreneurial intentions, to determine the effect of the need for achievement on entrepreneurial intentions, and to determine the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. This research was conducted in Jakarta for six months starting from May to November 2022. The population in this study were students in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique used probability sampling with as many as 150 people. The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaire data to respondents via Google Form. Data analysis using IBM SPSS 22. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed: risk taking propensity on entrepreneurial intentions has a positive and significant effect. the need for achievement on entrepreneurial intentions has a positive and significant effect. Self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions does not have a positive and significant effect. Keywords: Risk taking propensity, Need for achievement, self efficacy, Entrepreneurial Intention
