Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANTARA DAYA LEDAK OTOT LENGAN DAN KELINCAHAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN FLYING SHOOT PADA SISWA PROGRAM EKSTRAKURIKULER HANDBALL DI SMPN 173 JAKARTA UTARA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Hubungan antara daya ledak otot lengan dengan kemampuan flying shoot, Hubungan antara kelincahan dengan kemampuan flying shoot dan Hubungan antara daya ledak otot lengan dan kelincahan secara bersama sama dengan kemampuan flying shoot. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada Senin, 26 Desember 2022 di Lapangan SMPN 173 Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif asosisatif dengan teknik studi korelasi. Uji analisis data yang diunakan adalah dengan mencar regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara Daya Ledak Otot Lengan dengan Kemampuan Flying shoot, dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = -1,332 + 1,211X₁ koefesien korelasi ry₁ = 0,547 Dan koefesien determinasi (ry₁²) = 0,300 Yang berarti variabel Daya Ledak Otot Lengan memberikan sumbangan terhadap Kemampuan Flying shoot 30,0%. Kedua, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara Kelincahan dengan Kemampuan Flying shoot, dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = 14,123 + -0,625X₂, koefesien korelasi ry₂ = 0,507 Dan koefesien determinasi (ry₂²) = 0,286 Yang berarti variabel Kelincahan memberikan sumbangan dengan Kemampuan Flying shoot sebesar 28,6% Ketiga, terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara Daya Ledak Otot Lengan dan Kelincahan dengan Kemampuan Flying shoot, dengan persamaan garis linier Ŷ = 8,316 + 1,074X₁ + -0,541 X₂, koefesien korelasi ry₁-₂ = 0,699. Kata Kunci : daya ledak otot lengan, kelincahan, flying shot   THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ARM MUSCLE EXPLOSION AND Agility TO FLYING SHOOT ABILITY IN STUDENTS' HANDBALL EXTRACURRICULAR PROGRAM AT SMPN 173 JAKARTA UTARA ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscles and the ability to fly shoot, the relationship between agility and the ability to fly shoot and the relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscles and agility together with the ability to fly shoot. This research was conducted on Monday, December 26 2022 in the Field of SMPN 173 North Jakarta. This study uses associative quantitative research methods with correlation study techniques. The data analysis test used is to look for regression and correlation. The results showed that first, there was a significant relationship between Arm Muscle Explosive Power and Flying shoot Ability, with the linear equation Ŷ = -1.332 + 1.211X₁ correlation coefficient ry₁ = 0.547 and the coefficient of determination (ry₁²) = 0.300, which means that the variable Muscle Explosive Power Arms contribute to 30.0% Flying shoot Ability. Second, there is a significant relationship between agility and flying shoot ability, with the equation of the linear line Ŷ = 14.123 + -0.625X₂, the correlation coefficient ry₂ = 0.507 and the coefficient of determination (ry₂²) = 0.286, which means that the agility variable contributes to the ability to fly shoot by 28 .6% Third, there is a significant relationship between Arm Muscle Explosive Power and Agility with Flying shoot Ability, with the equation of a linear line Ŷ = 8.316 + 1.074X₁ + -0.541 X₂, correlation coefficient ry₁-₂ = 0.699.
