Abstract

Di Indonesia, angka pengangguran tertinggi diciptakan oleh kelompok terdidik. Rendahnya minat berwirausaha seseorang menjadi pemikiran serius bagi pemerintah, dunia pendidikan, dunia industri, dan masyarakat. Tantangan bagi sekolah, perguruan tinggi sebagai institusi yang menghasilkan lulusan dengan kualitas yang lebih tinggi, menciptakan pembelajaran yang mampu membentuk lulusan yang memiliki mental wirausaha sehingga mahasiswa tertarik untuk terjun di dunia wirausaha. Minat berwirausaha dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan yang dapat membentuk karakter melalui pola pikir siswa, sedangkan faktor internal terdiri dari kreativitas siswa untuk menemukan ide-ide kreatif baru dan motivasi kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan dorongan gerak seseorang dalam berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menjelaskan pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha dan pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, dan motivasi berwirausaha secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis Penelitian Kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari 215 siswa, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 23 dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas dan minat berwirausaha berdampak positif terhadap minat berwirausaha.. One's low interest in entrepreneurship is a serious thought for the government, the world of education, the industrial world, and society. The challenge for schools, higher education as institutions that produce graduates with higher quality, is to create learning that is able to form graduates who have an entrepreneurial mentality so that students are interested in getting involved in the world of entrepreneurship. Interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by external factors, namely entrepreneurship education which can shape character through students' mindsets, while internal factors consist of students' creativity to find new creative ideas and entrepreneurial motivation to increase one's drive for entrepreneurship. This study aims to: explain the influence of entrepreneurship education, creativity, motivation of entrepreneurship on interest in entrepreneurship and the influence of entrepreneurship education, creativity, and motivation of entrepreneurship simultaneously on interest in entrepreneurship. This research is a type of Quantitative Research. The sample consisted of 215 students, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were processed using SPSS 23 software and the results showed that entrepreneurship education, creativity and interest in entrepreneurship had a positive impact on interest in entrepreneurship.
