Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konformitas pada remaja yang dilihat dari bentuk, faktor, dan dampak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Artikel yang digunakan untuk menganalisis konformitas sebanyak 30 artikel yang dipublikasikan di jurnal nasional. Berdasarkan analisis artikel ilmiah ditemukan artikel bentuk konformitas pada remaja sebanyak 21 artikel yang terdiri dari bentuk penerimaan dan pemenuhan. Sedangkan artikel faktor konformitas pada remaja ditemukan sebanyak 26 artikel yang dipengaruhi oleh 4 faktor, terdiri atas pengaruh orang-orang yang disukai, kekompokan kelompok, ukuran kelompok atau tekanan sosial, dan norma sosial deskriptif dan norma sosial injungtif. Sementara artikel yang ditemukan untuk dampak konformitas pada remaja sebanyak 25 artikel memiliki dampak yang positif dan negatif. Konformitas positif karena remaja dapat berperilaku menyesuaikan diri dan percaya diri. Konformitas negatif karena remaja berperilaku agresivitas dan hilang kontrol diri. ***** This study aims to analyze conformity in adolescents as seen from the forms, factors, and impacts. This study uses the method of literature study. The articles used to analyze conformity were 30 articles published in national journals. Based on the analysis of scientific articles, it was found that there were 21 articles of conformity in adolescents consisting of forms of acceptance and fulfillment. While there were 26 articles on conformity factors in adolescents which were influenced by 4 factors, consisting of the influence of people they liked, group cohesiveness, group size or social pressure, and descriptive social norms and injunctive social norms. While the articles found for the impact of conformity on adolescents were as many as 25 articles which had positive and negative impacts. Positive conformity because adolescents can behave self-adjusted and confident. Negative conformity because teenagers behave aggressively and lose self-control.
