Abstract

Pelatihan Pengolahan Makanan Siap Saji Dimasa Covid-19 Pada Warga RT 16/RW 02 Cipinang Muara. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Masyarakat, Fakultas Pendidiakan, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2022. Penelitian ini secara garis besar memiliki tujuan yaitu: untuk mengetahui dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pelatihan UMKM yang diadakan oleh kelurahan kepada warga rt 16/rw 02 Cipinang Muara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu ketua rt 16/rw 02 cipinang muara, dan juga warga yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan umkm. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Jl.Flamboyan RT 16/RW 02, Kelurahan Cipinang Muara, Kecamatan Jatinegara, Kota Jakarta Timur, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 13420. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh pelatihan umkm di masa covid-19 pada warga rt 16/rw 02 yang diadakan oleh kelurahan berkaitan dengan keilmuan Pendidikan nonformal dan sesuai dengan konsep Perencanaan Pemberdayaan dan Dampak dan factor pendukung dan factor penghambat dari proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pelatihan, Dampak Pelatihan yang ditimbulkan pada warga rt 16/rw 02 iyalah terciptanya UMKM baru yang diharapkan mampu membantu memperbaiki perekonomian keluarganya. In general, this research has a goal, namely: to determine the impact of the MSME training held by the kelurahan to the residents of rt 16/rw 02 Cipinang Muara. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data of this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the head of RT 16/RW 02 Cipinang Muara, also residents who participated in MSME training activities. The location of the research was on Jl.Flamboyan RT 16/RW 02, Cipinang Muara Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 13420. The results of the study explain that the impact caused by MSME training during the Covid-19 period on residents of RT 16/RW 02 held by the kelurahan is related to non�formal education science and is in accordance with the concept of Empowerment and Impact Planning and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the planning and implementation process. training, the impact of the training on the residents of rt 16/rw 02 is the creation of new MSMEs which are expected to be able to help improve the family's economy.
