Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar menulis teks iklan berbasis media Explain Everything. Penelitian yang disusun merupakan jenis penelitian dengan metode pengembangan Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) dengan mengadaptasi tiga tahapan yakni Analysis, Design, dan Development. Data diperoleh melalui analisis kebutuhan melalui observasi, wawancara kepada guru, angket analisis kebutuhan guru dan siswa, analisis kurikulum, analisis materi ajar, desain materi ajar, pengembangan serta penyusunan materi ajar dan validasi materi ajar oleh ahli materi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengembangan bahan ajar teks iklan berbasis media Explain Everything ini memiliki hasil dengan kategori layak digunakan dengan pemerolehan nilai dari validasi ahli materi sebesar 80% dengan kategori baik, ahli media 80% dengan kategori naik, dan penilaian dari guru bahasa Indonesia sebesar 82,3% dengan kategori baik. Pengembangan bahan ajar menulis teks iklan berbasis media Explain Everything sudah layak digunakan dan memiliki dampak yang baik bagi proses pembelajaran siswa di kelas. This study aims to develop teaching materials for writing advertising text based on the Explain Everything media. The research compiled is a type of research with the Research and Development development method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) by adapting three stages namely Analysis, Design, and Development. Data were obtained through needs analysis through observation, interviews with teachers, questionnaires analyzing the needs of teachers and students, curriculum analysis, teaching material analysis, teaching material design, development and preparation of teaching materials and validation of teaching materials by material experts. Data analysis was carried out with a qualitative description. The results obtained from the development of Explain Everything media-based advertising text teaching materials have results in the appropriate category to use with the acquisition of a value from the validation of material experts by 80% in the good category, media experts 80% in the rising category, and the assessment of the Indonesian language teacher by 82 .3% in the good category. The development of teaching materials for writing advertising text based on the Explain Everything media is feasible to use and has a good impact on the learning process of students in the classroom.
