Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan jenis-jenis konflik sosial yang terdapat dalam film BAC Nord karya Cédric Jimenez. Teori utama yang digunakan sebagai acuan adalah dua jenis konflik sosial menurut teori konflik sosial yang dikemukakan oleh Lewis Coser (2001 : 49) yang terdiri dari Realistic Conflict & Non-Realistic Conflict. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu metode simak dan teknik catat yang mengacu pada teori yang dikemukakan oleh Mahsun (dalam Muhammad 2014: 217-218). Setelah data dikumpulkan, data dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data menurut Miles dan Hubermen (dalam Hardani 2020: 163-173) yaitu reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan. Prosedur pada penelitian ini diawali dengan menentukan fokus penelitian, setelah ditemukan fokus penelitian, dilakukan pencarian terhadap teori-teori yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Selanjutnya, dilanjutkan dengan menonton sumber data dan mengumpulkan data dari sumber data yang berupa film berjudul BAC Nord. Setelah data sudah terkumpul, dilakukan analisis dengan mengacu pada teori yang relevan. Yang terakhir hasil analisis data dipaparkan dan menarik kesimpulan dari hasil analisis tersebut. Hasil penelitian jenis konflik sosial menurut teori Lewis Coser yang ditemukan dalam film BAC Nord karya Cédric Jimenez ini, terdapat tiga puluh (30) data dalam bentuk dialog atau percakapan yang mengindikasikan adanya jenis-jenis konflik sosial. Secara rinci, dari tiga puluh (30) dialog tersebut didapatkan tiga belas (13) dialog yang menunjukkan adanya jenis konflik sosial Realistic Conflict. Selanjutnya, terdapat tujuh belas (17) dialog yang menunjukkan adanya jenis konflik sosial Non-Realistic Conflict. ******** This research aims to explain the types of social conflicts contained in the film BAC Nord by Cédric Jimenez. The main theories used as a reference are two types of social conflict according to the theory of social conflict proposed by Lewis Coser (2001: 49) which consists of Realistic Conflict & Non-Realistic Conflict. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method using data collection techniques, namely the listening method and the recording technique which refers to the theory proposed by Mahsun (in Muhammad 2014: 217-218). After the data was collected, the data was analyzed using data analysis techniques according to theory by Miles and Hubermen (in Hardani 2020: 163-173), namely data reduction, data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions. The procedure in this research includes began with determining the focus of the research, after the research focus is found, a search is carried out for theories relevant to the focus. Furthermore, it is continued by watching data sources and collecting data from data sources which is a film called BAC Nord. Furthermore, after the data has been collected, an analysis is carried out with reference to the relevant theory. And finally the results of data analysis are presented and draw conclusions from the results of the analysis. The results of this research on types of social conflicts according to the theory of Lewis Coser found in the film BAC Nord by Cédric Jimenez, there are thirty (30) data in the form of dialogue or conversation that indicate the existence of types of social conflicts. In detail, out of the thirty (30) dialogues, thirteen (13) dialogues were obtained that showed the existence of a type of realistic conflict social conflict. Furthermore, there are seventeen (17) dialogues that indicate the existence of a type of Non-Realistic Conflict social conflict.
